Pretty dam good burger! Huge. Good fries too. Took a loooong time.
No seating just take out. Service was great. Ordered food it was ready quickly. I got a full slab of pork ribs and a large side of collards. Meat and greens were just ok. Sauce is a vinegar base witch I'm not a fan of.
This place is really worth visiting...I drove by it a ton of times before finally trying it out and I'm glad I did...I really recommend the brisket, all of their house made sauces and the twice baked potatoes!
They know my custom order by heart, "Eday Fries" (Brisket fries ? extra crispy fries with spicy bbq sauce) love this local place.
Some of the best Bbq in the northwest. Their dedication to the craft shows with mouth watering food and one returning customer. 5 stars are well deserved.

Ordered a smoked turkey from here for the big eat fest on the sacred day of gorging, gossiping,and gluttony that happens in late November ever year.The Turkey was still warm when I picked it up yesterday (on TG!). It was delicious, the bbq joint’s staff was friendly, organized, knowledgeable, and efficient.I did have one HUGE problem that was a major let down during my Thanksgiving holiday visit though. Nope…My PROBLEM is NOT w/the food or the staff though. Nope —it’s actuallywith how many of my fellow patrons & other customers there picking up their orders at the same time I was —and DID NOT feel a need to TIP! Not any of the staff at counter. Not anyone back in the kitchen. These folks were not with their kids and family, they were working at this small business, not enjoying a day off, not making double or time and a half on the holiday to serve people who were there picking up their entire holiday meals that they didn’t have to cook —because the staffers they’re too cheap to tip handled it for them.Maybe it was lost on them how much the staff did —I mean beyond even just staying up all night to smoke a zillion turkeys, prepare all those sides, spending weeks organizing & adding extra staff to ensure a seamless pick up is had by all…pickups that staff individually scheduled and invoiced.Next time I hope folks show their appreciation for businesses who anticipate the needs of their community and jump in to add services accordingly.Anyhow, the thanksgiving holiday program was organized & executed perfectly—& staff was really amazing and the food was the bomb dot com.

This place is sooooo good. The brisket on its own is amazingly tender and has great flavor. The sauces are fantastic as well but I reccomend the Mild. Its sweet and robust in flavor.Might I add, its woman ran! ?
