Live close by and never really stopped by for whatever reason until recently. The meat/food quality is mid-tier but the service and pricing is great, even with the limited packages from what they used to do. Sides are also so-so but I'm here for the AYCE and they knocked it out with that.Lots of sauce options, workers hustling hard to serve, clean interior, would return. I was initially turned off they made us eat the chicken as a part of the bbq set but it was actually really good, nice marinade.Place seems to get busy so call ahead and make a reservation.
@ Michael LeDang, that was quite the Response from the Owner... I've always wanted to eat here, but now I probably will go elsewhere. You shouldn't run a business if you have such thin skin; it's unprofessional and unbecoming of you. It was constructive criticism, not a scathing review--know the difference. Their marinated beef and spicy pork are so great. The server is very friendly and the environment is good. The price for all you can eat is 25$/person, with mandatory 20% tips. There are five meats, beef, bork belly, marinated beef, spicy pork, and marinated chicken. Also rice and six kinds of sides including fish cake, kimchee, cucumber,…etc. You can refill all these items, so I think the price is reasonable and worthy. We will come back again definitely!
All u can eat price is now 25$ /person including thin sliced pork belly and marinated chicken and beef (5 kinds of meats)Not the authentic Korean style grill. the side dishes are below average. Not very pricey but their service charge is 20% which I don’t think it’s reasonable.
My favorite bbq in Washington for the simple fact that is a great value for the money. I do not need anything too fancy, just good sauce good meat and good side dishes. Cheapest bbq in Seattle and well worth it. I always leave more satisfied than when spending 100$ at other places.
The Grill King - All You can Eat Korean BBQGreat deal for all you can eat BBQ. They changed their menu now so the ones online are not updated. Check out pictures for new menu. They only have 1 package for the all you eat now - $25 for all you can eat, 4-5 different meats. We really liked the Bulgogi, steak, and pork belly. The ban chan was not bad - I liked 2 of the 5 but they could've been better (I always like to see things like potato salad or an egg one but they didn't have it). The bean sprout and radish was good though.Definitely recommend it for a large group because we were all were stuffed and satisfied by the end. Great deal!Tip - get lots of rice and lettuce to make a lettuce warp! So yummy!
Very excited to find this late-night meat palace on Aurora. There is a grill in the middle of the table, and you order different kinds of meat which you grill yourself. My wife and I showed restraint, ordering the "small" which includes your choice of three kinds of meat, rice, and a plate of sides including kimchee, pickled radish, and about five other savory items. To top it off they threw in an extra meat. Everything was very good and we finished it all, but just barely. But a nearby table, populated with younger hungrier customers got the all you can eat and it was most impressive! The service was very friendly and attentive, and seemed delighted when we told them "we'll be back" - which we will, with friends, so we can try more of what they offer!I would not describe this as inexpensive - the cheapest menu option is $20 per person - but the quality and quantity of what you get makes it a good value. To quote a famous East Side BBQ joint "if you want McDonald's, it's three miles down the road".
Good food, fairly attentive staff, accommodated our group of 8+ easily, despite being somewhat busy.My main complaint is they only have bottled/canned beverages. So maybe bring your own water bottle? The rest would be quality and polish of the atmosphere.Good regardless.
This was my first ever Korean BBQ experience, and I will definitely be going back! The staff were incredibly kind, taught me a lot, made excellent recommendations, and the perfect balance of attentive and respectful. I definitely recommend getting the pork belly and trying the sesame salt sauce on it. All of my friends had a great time here.
We travel a lot and been to a lot of ACYE KBBQ from LA to NY. We love ACYE KBBQ, and always seize the opportunity to try them when we come across any KBBQ. So below is just my opinion and others may think differently. This place is “OK”. Nothing special and selection of meat is very limited. When we came they didn’t have other options, except for the $25 dinner option with 5 meat selections. Everything else was extra charge.Service was a bit slow. With two servers, you need to flag them down if you need anything or more meat refill. The side was decent and tasty.Would I recommend this place? Yes if you never experienced AYCE KBBQ before. No, If you had KBBQ before, since it might disappoint. Even the cheapest KBBQ in LA will surpass this location as far as meat selections and side dishes.
