I went in Sunday and a sandwich & drink & paid for it. She started making the drink for the guy ahead me, no worries. I noticed I forgot something, I said I would be right back. I git the item & checked out on my way back to Starbucks. She was helping someone else and hadn't even started my drink. She was slow and lost and acted like she had never seen me before. The girl made me something that looked like muddy water with ice. I asked for my money and they couldn't find my order. I had to open my bank app to show the order. The are clueless and slow...
