I went and one girl was stocking and the other was looking for something. Then she took my order and started with the sandwich. She stood there talking to the other gal while she microwaved my sandwich and put it in a bag then she put it at the pick up area and came back to me. She asked my drink order then picked a cup and pen and stair at the cup until the guy behind me say something. She started to say sorry but I said maybe the other could stop stocking and take orders so she comake them. She was like they are frozen and have to dated and put in a few. I'the guy behind me was like they we keep for 10mins the line is getting long.
Met a friend. Had breakfast and visited for a couple of hours. Coffee was great as always.
Employees are great and the coffees are very good. I'm a fan of their caramel frappuccino's, caramel lattes. Try them and your addicted. Have you going back for more.
Terrible hard, small bagels. Thought coming from Florida I would get a great bagel becuasof the difference in water. Boy was I wrong, very dissatisfied.

My 81 year old mother bought a tumbler in this location 2 days ago and when she came home she decided it was not something she can use. She tried to look for her receipt but she cannot find it. She asked for my help and so I called the store and spoke to Seyfu. I told him the situation and he said there would be no problem as they will refund it without the receipt. I was not able to come by until tonight and was told by the manager Contana that they will not be able to refund without the receipt and offered me a free drink. Now I believe they should honor their word. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had with any Starbucks location. They did not even offer a credit. I will make sure that I will tell all my family and friends not to go to this location.
