I love pizza -- and this wasn't even good pizza, let alone great. The crust is the most important element of pizza. Cheese and toppings play a part. But if the crust isn't good, the whole thing is wrong. The crust was burnt, and had not "proofed." So it was no better than a nasty frozen pizza. The Caesar salad was OK, the chicken casserole stuff was fair. But let's be honest: those items are offered just too compete with the national chains. Their star product is pizza. And this was just nasty. Seattle has this "the local guy's had to be great" thing going. It's why Dick's Hamburgers is loved, and why Pagliacci Pizza survives. Sorry, but nope: a firm "pass" from a good pizza fan.
The pizza was hot, flavorful, crisp, and ready by the slice. If you choose that option. With no wait time. The staff was friendly upon our arrival and ready to greet and serve.
Best. Pizza. In. Seattle!!!! Love Pagliacci's!! I recommend this pizza to everyone and am never disappointed! Plus, they do the slice bar now, should you not need/want a whole pie.

The pizza that was pre-made was less than mediocre. I got 3 different slices. None were up to the standard I'm used to getting. I had to ask for them to be reheated and still wasn't great. The wait time was 45 min for a fresh pie and wouldn't push through an order for a calzone. Had the same wait time.
We have a lot of pizza options where we live and this is such a special treat - quality and delicious! Definitely a little pricey but check out the seasonal and gourmet options for the menu - very unique.Their dining room is opening and they also have slices for individual purchase.Fast service, online ordering is super convenient and the pizza comes out great. They also offer Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
Delicious pizza, and tons of variety. Lots of different drinks available too. Highly recommended!
I love their crust but the marinara is not so great. Anytime I can get a pizza with whole roasted garlic is a good time. ?
I am a Jersey Italian, who grew up on GOOD East Coast style pizza. Since I moved west with my family in 1965, Pagliacci's is one of the FEW pizzas on the West Coast I've had that rival East Coast style pizza!
We love ordering from this location. Fast, reliable service with a smile. Pizza is delicious and exceptional. Salads are top notch too. A+
