This Mcdonalds keeps messing up our orders, no matter how many times we go back, they keep messing it up, we try to get it corrected and spoke with the manager, they where super rude, wanted us to drive back again, no matter how many times we order via the online app, they still keep getting our order incorrect. Not a fan of this location.
My favorite McD's by far! Very fast and friendly service, the manager is often working the window in the morning and is dressed sharp and greets you with a smile. He should be in the next commercial!
This location is hit or miss. I order only through the app and I usually do Curbside pickup. This location has messed up my mobile order multiple times. They are so stingy with the sauce so I order extra for extra money and they don't even put on the extra sauce! Not only that, but if you ask for no pickles they will not listen! The only redeeming factor is the fries are very delicious.
Typically don't leave reviews, but I have to. The young Mexican worker at the till window said my order was $20.05. I gave him $21.00 and he gave us no .95 cent change back. We looked at him to say it was wrong and he proceeded to shut the window and refused to open it and give us our money back. This guy should not be working a costumer service job or around money, at all. Won't ever be back where the drive-thru worker scams people intentionally. McDonald's or a high-end restaurant, you just don't do stuff like that, ever.
Fast food is just that. They were fast and friendly but the fries were not hot and were over salted. Overall I only took points away bc of the food, the service was spot on even tho they were short handed.
For some reason the lobby is closed, and the only way to order is through the Drive-Thru. When I approached to order the employee said “one moment” then proceeded to help 5 vehicles that were behind me in the other order lane. After about 7 minutes waiting I decided to just follow the line and order when I got to the window, then when I came up to the window and informed the employee that my order hadn’t been taken she told me to head to the back and try again. At this point I was annoyed and wasted almost half of my lunch time. Rude employees, poor customer service, staff didn’t even have name tags on, and only using half of their building.
OVERCHARGED ME and Cashier’s answer was just I DONT KNOW. Called Customer Service but very unhelpful and hated his job. All he could do was offer me a COUPON for a FREE SANDWICH. With my overpayment, it’s like BUYING that coupon. For $6.00 I didn’t think I would have this much trouble getting money back from Mcdonald’s. Be careful when you go to this branch
Short staff takes bit longer then usual. Thanks to Covid. Go here almost 3 - 4 times a month. Orders usually get switched. Other than that its all good
Whoever the manager is at this place needs to be let go. Because this unintelligent person has failed to train his or her employees that when someone makes a large order from the drive-through, instead of making everyone else wait for 30 mins, hence defeating the whole idea behind “fast” food, have that customer pull over to the waiting area so that everyone else gets their food without being late to work.
Went today at like… 5:20, the young woman at the first window stole a dollar. Barely any Mayo or dressings on our stuff. Not complaining but if she needed that 1$ she could’ve asked
