Delicious food and good service. A pizza was delivered to the Howling Place by mistake the other day (not LC's fault) and not only did they replace my order fast but the centralized customer service gave me a refund even tho it technically wasn't their fault.Note: if the 3rd party delivery service dumps YOUR order into the Howling Place, Little Caesars CAN replace it, but you WILL have to pick it up from their store; their relationship to the system simply doesn't allow them to summon a fresh driver. Blame DoorDash
When I was a kid I dreamed of a place just like this where you could walk up, wave your hand, and a pizza robot would give you a pizza! Lol! Seriously though, the folks that work here and run the place are always on top of their business. Orders are completed when they said they would be and the pizza is always hot and fresh. Pizza pizza yummy yummy!!
Little Caesars is a national pizza fast food chain that is known for their "hot n ready" food, where you can just walk in and buy and then leave without waiting around for one to cook. This location is pretty small, and usually has a line. Pricing is normal here, their lunch deal is really good for the value, and they usually have "hot n ready" items available. The parking lot here is always a mess though, tough to find parking sometimes.
Fast, easy and delicious! Order was ready super quickly and the employees were friendly. The Batman Calzony was really good. I also really loved the cookie dough brownies!
Went to order a pizza 20 minutes before they closed and was told I couldn't place an order because they close in 5 minutes....they close at 9pm not 8:45pm. I could understand if I had shown up at 8:55pm. But 20 minutes to throw a pizza in the oven should be plenty of time.
Literally the worst place ever. Customer service is awful, unclean and always out of something. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to go to another place because this place will only give you trouble and disappointment.
Friend works there. Always good and quick. Hot & ready zone. Reasonably priced too.
This place is spot on and always has great food. Tony was working both times when I went and he is great at customer service.
Would have given 5 stars but I ordered plane wings and got home ate 1 and its spicy with what seams to be a light sauce. I called and complained about it and I was told the plane wings where in fact not all the way plane and comes spicy. I would of never ordered it if I would of know that. Very frustrating .
The foreign woman working here has atrocious customer service skills and should not be working here, costing me money and a satisfactory experience for their customers and speaking nonsensical english on top of it, and further added that I am not welcome there
