Terrible service, after ordering I received less items, they switched my items without telling me because they ran out of Kutanda breads but didn't tell me just put a note on 1 of the food containers. In the past I had have frozen kibes that weren't fully warming up. Also, There are flies in the store! No proper business management. Terrible store!
The acai bowls are delicious! Will be coming back to try other menu items. Everything looks so good! Friendly staff too.
The food brings memories of Brazilian bakeries. Ham & cheese bread, met bread, big cheese bread, coxinha, everything as good as usual. The mini market still needs some love, only a few items such as polvilho, farofa, banana candy. But happy to see a Kitanda in the shoreline area! They have a drive thru which I found a good idea if you are not in the mood for entering the store. Customer service is better than other Kitandas.
I love their Brazilian latte and cheese bread sandwich (especially with bacon, egg and cheese). Nice and clean place. The service was good too.
I live only a few blocks away and somehow never noticed this place was open until now! So happy to have a local coffee shop. Great coffee and food and the staff were so friendly and gave lots of recommendations. Highly recommend stopping by! The Brazilian latte is bomb.
Kitanda is great! Great food, fun atmosphere. I love Brazilian quinine. I give it 4 stars out of 5 because both times I've been they forgot something on my order. But overall really great otherwise.
I come here twice every weekend since it opened! The staff are so quick and are so friendly. I work with young adults with developmental disabilities and we practice ordering using different ways of communication and everyone is very patient and flexible in changing how they communicate. There is even a staff member here who knows some sign language and it makes some of these peoples experience in the community much more personable! Also, Kitanda is climate friendlier than most places and have a lot compostable containers and straws. I LOVE THIS PLACE and all of the employees. Thanks so much for being here in shoreline
