We are from Kingston and wanted KFC, so we found this KFC online that said they were open at 10. Well we got there and the sign said 10:30 so we waited some more. We weren’t sure if they were open for dine in, so we drove to the window, no response. My husband called, no response!!! I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Corporate should know how they’re running things here.

Took so long to say anything at the speaker I thought they were close. When I finally was able to order a 4 pc tender combo I got home to find out why it was 19 dollars. I got a regular 4 pc combo. Drove back and asked for what I ordered and they tried to argue with me and say I hadn’t ordered what I ordered. They want 60c for sauce cups too. Can’t remember the last time I went there and won’t ever again.Oh and when I finally got my food, it came with mashed potatoes instead of fries like it’s supposed to.
Ordered a meal and after about 10 minutes of waiting someone walks out of the drive thru door only to tell me they can’t make my order. They ask me if I want anything else. I decided to settle on a different meal.The time before that there was a 12 year old kid working the drive thru which im assuming was one of the employees kids. Pretty sure that’s against the law?If I’m going to order something and you can’t make it, I would at least like to know that before I pay for it…
Lol just go to the KFC in Lynnwood- their prices are less. Whoever’s the franchisee here needs to reevaluate. It’s too expensive!
The drive thru took so long. Server said 2 minutes, but its been more than 4-5 minutes already now
Messed up my entire order. I said no gravy and my mashed potatoes were smothered in their nasty gravy. Can they hire good workers?
Well the only reason this is nor getting a one star is because they were kind and not a bunch Jerks. I had to return 3 times for one order. I probably won't be coming back again. Overpriced and cold..????
This KFC and other as well can’t seem to ever get orders correct. Ever. It doesn’t seem like it would be that hard to put items together and put them in a bag, but they consistently miss items and don’t get the sides or even the types of chicken correct. Get your act together guys.
This KFC is usually below average. In my latest visit through the drive through it took 20 minutes after I paid to get the food. The Gravy for the mashed potatoes was missing, the biscuit box was smashed by heavier items on top. Ordered original chicken but one of the pieces was extra crispy and they never gave me a receipt.I really wish a different KFC was close.
