This JITB has completely gone down hill. We ordered a Jumbo Jack with Cheese and when we got home there was no burger patty on the burger! I tried calling to tell them what happened and nobody answered the phone. So we went back with our burgerless burger and they refused to refund us our money. The associate was snippy with us from the moment we pulled up there. I will definitely never go back here and you shouldn't either!
I’ve been buying food on and off here since 2010.This is the worst jack in the box in Washington.They always miss orders, sometimes just completely give you something you didn’t order. This specific Jack-in-the-Box seems to just not be able to get it.
Larger party, my grandma was ordering. Cashier was not patient nor friendly in any way shape or form. I thought the Cashier's eyes were going to get stuck in the back of her head. She rolled them so much at us. NONE of us ordered reg. fries. ALL were curly. ($56 order on Friday April 15th @ around 12pm). Cashier played stupid and pretended she loaded these with curly fries. LOL!!! Idk what kinda crack she was smoking, or if they just ran out and she didnt want to communicate that to us. Cashier literally lied and told us she filled the bag with curly fries when I was STARING AT MY REGULAR FRIES. Wish i could give this place 0 stars it was so bad. No manager. They wont pick up their phone either.Tell me these are curly fries ??
There was a problem with getting my orders . They closed for the night and that was not reflected in the Jack app. I didn't get my food that night but They are working to solve the problem. This Jack in the Box has been my go to burger joint for the last four years. The food is good. I guess that I will have to ditch the app and only order while at the Jack's
Online it says open 24 hours. It was even verified by the business less than a week ago. So why was there nobody there tonight at 11pm? I even called to see if people were in the back but no answer. Call me Karen all you want but I wanted my tacos damn it!
Employee: ZoeDrive thru: ordered a Oreo Mint Shake. Recieved the plain Oreo one (which also just tasted like vanilla no Oreo) and I said there was no mint. She proceeded to tell me I didn't say Mint. I responded sternly I said Mint. She said "That's fine. Dont get angry at me. I am very busy."First of all, customer service needs a recheck. How about "I didn't hear you say mint" versus basically calling me a liar. Also, I wasn't even angry and why would I care how busy you are? I just want my order right.
The restaurant owner consistently lies about when the restaurant is open. Most of the time the chicken is cooked in dirty oil and disgusting.
I hate leaving negative reviews for a place, but they'll take your order at the drive thru speaker and then never show up at the window. This has happened far too many times to the point that we've decided just to drive up to Edmonds from now on if we want Jack in the Box. It's annoying, but they at least take your money and give you your order there instead of leaving you sitting at the window for 5-10+ minutes without any sign of life.
What can I say? It was fine. Service at the drive thru is slower than McD’s which is true of all Jacks in my experience.
Yes, this is fast, but not strictly what I'd call food. The fried stuff usually tastes like the frying oil needs changing. You really have to double check you order from the drive-thru. Because our society refuses to support living wages for fast food workers, they have to scrape the bottom of the employee barrel to get staff. But it is convenient. Consistent and convenient, that's about all there is that's good about this place.
