Had a great experience with this spot. We were pleasantly surprised of the larger than expected portions, and the chicken was prepared well. We’ll definitely stop by again.
Best teriyaki in town! We’re from Bellingham and we’re convinced we’d never find a good teriyaki place. But this food is pretty addictive and delicious. My husband also likes the katsu chicken and gyosa.
Nice place to buy your lunch and dinner. Their customer service is exceptional. They are serving many customers with few staff yet their waiting time is minimal.

Ichi Bento is a quintessential example of what makes teriyaki places in the Seattle area so great. The owners are friendly, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Even though I have lived here most of my life, I am always grateful that these mom-and-pop restaurants exist. The chicken teriyaki and the chicken katsu I had were both excellent. The teriyaki had a nice salty, umami coating of the teriyaki sauce and the chicken katsu was perfectly fried. The katsu had no greasiness at all and it had a wonderfully crispy coating with every bite. Definitely recommend visiting.

This Teriyaki is very good. Chicken breast very tender, nice char, really good sauce, large portions, salad dressing yummy! We will be back to try more items.
