This is awesome! First, they have all the good food I love! And Different kinds of dip sauces. Super clean and feel at home$ They would ask me if I need anything even I look up to the window. After spent over 10 days in rainy national park! I feel I am in heaven. They let us stay until 9:40 pm without even telling us the whole store closes at 9:00. I apologize for staying for so long and appreciate their courtesy!
Overall good place to enjoy food. They look to be short of staff thus very slow on serving food. Also had to get water ourselves. It's all you can eat + a few choices with price tag. Love the duck blood. Tamato broth is great and included. Spicy soup is very spicy, and extra 7 bucks. Cute bear tho.
The All You Can Eat menu was a good value. Beware of the 2 chili broths, they are super spicy.
This is a spot we go to even if it's 80° outside because the food and service are so great. We can't find another restaurant that has a tomato broth this good. The service is always really great! Come here hungry and leave happy. Great place to share a meal with the ones you love.
I really enjoyed going to this hotpot location, I've been to their Bellevue one before. The staff was friendly and quick to help us set up. I really enjoyed their chinese donut (youtiao), it tasted homemade, and amazing to dip into their soup. All of their veggies and other sides were fresh and enjoyable.Only downside is the meat isn't the highest quality but you shouldn't be expecting that at an all you can eat. It's good enough to be a very enjoyable and happy belly meal.
This is my best friend and I's go to hotpot place. The service is excellent. Ingredients are fresh. They also have the best tomato broth. I've tried many tomato base broth (Haidilao/Dolarshop/Happy Lamb) and even those high end spots can't beat Huoyan's tomato base broth. I always end up going back to Huo Yan.You can order à la carte or the all you can eat option. Personally, the AYCE option is more worth it if you love hot pot! If it's your first time having hotpot, it'll be better to order à la carte to find what your favorite ingredients are :) The employees are super nice and will be happy to recommend items for you. Highly recommend!!
We got the half spicy and the mushroom veg in the other half. The spicy was true to the mouth numbing feeling. Everything we ate was delicious and mouthwatering. It satisfied my hot pot craving. We will definitely be coming back again and bringing some more friends.
The service here was very good the wait staff was attentive and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and enviting. The soup bases were both flavorful (we got the tomato base and the szechuan beef regular hot base). The traditional sauce mix is so flavorful i want to take it home and put in on everything. I really enjoyed the fatty beef and pork, although the lean beef was good as well. We also ordered potato, oyster mushroom, quail eggs, seaweed and bamboo shoots. Although I think next to we go we will concentrate more on all the meets. The presentation of all the food is amazing. We will definitely go back again.
I really like this place and the food here. I used to order its hotpot delivery online during Covid19 and recently I dined in for their 'All you can eat'. Really good food. Clean, Fresh and Tasty. The waiters are also very friendly. If you are considering dining alone like me or with a few friends for some authentic Sichuan or Chongqing style Chinese hotpot, this place will be a fantastic if not the best choice in Seattle.
