I felt that I was being hit on by one of the male workers at that establishment and im not complaining whatsoever but we peopke need more flamboyance within the job to liven things up. He batted his eyes at me as I left and seductively said have a nice day while feelings I can't describe in words but wow
While my order was ready, cashier said it's not ready and because app was showing ready, I ask another person and I got the pizza. And when I wanted to report that to manager, the manager was so rude. Unacceptable customer service from Dominos, that I've never saw before. Another problem is that they have no tag name and avoiding giving their name.
Great Pizza and great service both delivery and pick up. Try the extravaganza with banana peppers
Delivery drivers are always friendly and on time. Never had an issue! In store experience always clean, and staff is always friendly. I have never had an issue with any order.
Standard quick-service pizza experience. First time picking up vs. delivery (we were suddenly outside their delivery area, I think because of staffing issues) and the employees were all over our order and making sure we had what we wanted.
Worst pizza I had in a very long time.The only taste you get is salt, very salty.So many better options around.I was thinking dominos were able to have the same quality all over north america, wrong.
Well I had my first disappointing experience with customer service. What started out as a mistake ended up in a very upsetting ending with being hung up on, unresolved, and no manager to talk to.
Guy on the phone was super rude and not polite at all lol made me cancel my order because I just didn’t like his tone and his phone etiquette. If you ain’t happy find another job
I arrived as the app said it was ready, and before 2 minutes had passed my order was sitting in my car with me ? - Great service!
2nd time our call in order was some how lost. Had to wait extra long with lackluster customer service. No apologies, not sure I will be using my community dominoes
