Really GooD Attentive Cashiers.ReaLLy GooD Selection! What puts their menu over the Top of Most other burger joints In my opinion is.... They Have THE BEYOND BURGER On Their Menu!!!! And Not Only That, They Have A Couple Different Options For The Beyond Burger!! One Option Is BBQ That Comes With An Onion Ring On It! Pretty CoooL To Have As An Option!Definitely Check ThiS Place Out!
I've never seen a robotic French fry machine until my visit here.I got the veggie burger and fries - very tasty.
Big disappointment! Fries are distasteful (processed not fresh potatoes), burgers are mediocre, prices are sky high, and special orders are upcharged/frowned upon. You’re better off with Five Guys, Habit Burger, Good Burger, or Kidd Valley.
The online orders are always on time. The people who work there are always very friendly. They've held the line with the increased cost of ingredients. I appreciate it.
First time trying it. Bought the single cheeseburger and fries. It was messy and delicious like a good burger should be! The special sauce added a nice taste to the burger. I will be back! Want to try the onion rings.
I love this fast food place. Customer service was very nice! The food is great! The fries are crispy and good, and also the people running the koisk was very helpful. Please ignore the bad reviews that were posted here, they are old. Please take a visit to CaliBurger Shoreline!
Seems like a copy of in and out. Confusing system, expensive food, everything is an add on (i.e. what’s the point of a combo if it doesn’t lower the price?). They have a cool robot arm for the fries. Only two people working there so they seem stressed and short. Food is decent. The sauce is not the same as in and outs but they make it look like it so they can ride the coat tails of in and out’s clout.
This is the second time we ordered since they opened. First of all, why isn't there a proper menu posted for this location on the caliburger website (like Lynnwood has, for example)? Both times the service and food has been bad. Tonight (a Friday) I called in an order for cheeseburger combo with fries and a drink and a side of fry sauce. My husband picked up and they didn't have the fries or the sauce with our order. My husband was waiting for a few minutes for their fancy fry machine to make our fries... and then he was approached again by the staff questioning him about what he was waiting for!? Apparently the staff was arguing with each other as well. All that and the burger is so small and bland and the lettuce was not fresh. And they still forgot the fry sauce! Your money is better spent at Habit Burger nearby. Or even McDonalds!
The lady that works up front is kind of rude. She seems annoyed that people come into order food. Don't bother to custom order ex: No Tomatoes, it will come with what you don't ask for. The cooking staff is nice but they seem overwhelmed. Go to Jack in the Box or better yet, Good Burger down the road for a better burger
I’ll start with saying I A) love my first couple caliburger experiences and B) almost never write reviews. I went in today for lunch with my boyfriend as I’ve done in the past, we were the only people in the restaurant, no workers in sight but I went ahead to order on the kiosks. As I was using the pop up pay kiosk I was promptly yelled at to pull up my mask by an unpleasant woman working behind the counter. It had been five minutes before any worker walked in and it was the first thing she said. I was using the kiosk to pay, which needs to see your whole face. I asked if it matters if I’m using it for self checkout to which she scoffed and looked away. She proceeded to ask us if our order was for here or to go, all while making it seem as if we were deeply inconveniencing her by being there. We said for here when she barked back “well then I’ll definitely need to see your Covid cards”- so rudely that we had no intention of eating there. Like yes, ma’am we knew we’d have to show our cards it’s king county, but there’s no reason to be rude to customers who are just trying to enjoy the business and food. I’ll be coming back since I do enjoy the food, but I’d advise something is done about this rude employee as I see other reviews are also about her on here. I would hate to see the poor customer service affect the longevity of caliburger at this location.
