Excellent lattes and Americanos. They sell pastries from a local bakery, and they are delicious. One of the best things about it is how they help young people of color gain experience working in a coffee shop. The other thing I love is their large indoor seating area, and now, during Covid, I especially appreciate their outdoor seating area. The outdoor seating is on the side of the building along Aurora Ave, but there is a fence separating you from the street.

Absolute gem! Cannot believe I'd never been here before. Thanks to yelp for sharing this! Such a cool spot to grab a quick cuppa.It's very spacious inside and there was a pop up shop selling tees and other clothes when we were there. The interior and decor has a vibe that'll definitely catch your eye.We ordered the lavender white mocha and peppermint mocha as per the barista's recommendation. Absolutely loved the lavender white mocha. It's such a unique flavor and wasn't overpowering at all. Must try.I was looking forward to try their roasted potato scone. But sadly they'd run out of those. Will definitely get it next time!
Got a vanilla latte and it was delicious! Highly recommend for a quick morning coffee. Note this business is drive thru only on weekdays - I almost left until I realized there was a drive thru.The staff was also super nice & friendly! Will be back!
Their coffee is so good! The espresso lacks that bitter aftertaste that a certain green sirens drink posses.Not a coffee drinker? They have red bull infused Italian sodas and the "Baby Yoda" (matcha green tea with lavender foam) is delicious! Don't forget the roasted potato scone!
The coffee and staff are great, I just wish it was more inviting. I understand they have had some issues with seriously deranged people! It will get better and I'll always be a customer.
My favorite drive-thru coffee shop - staff are always engaging, coffee is delicious and an extra special taste treat are the warm sweet potato scones - yum!
What the owners of Black coffee have brought to Shoreline, goes far beyond a cup of coffee. In these times, we need a grand sense of community, more than ever.
