the hold that this soup has on me is so strong… something about the broth and braised beef just hits different. I like being able to select different options when I go too :) highly recommend

Hands Down best food Ever. Order the chicken rice for sure. Amazing flavor. I love it!!! We ate everything.

$15 for a small portion of chicken fried rice - the prices on the menu photos aren’t accurate FYI!This is the most expensive Chinese place in the U district by far but doesn’t deliver for the money.

Really great food at an reasonable price, and very friendly service. So glad you're back open again :-)

Visiting from the East Coast and a friend recommended this spot. If you're from Philly or Seattle, you know about Han Dynasty's already good thrice fried, dry fried chicken. The wings here are thrice times better.

While strolling on University street, we decided to have a light Chinese lunch. The menu is limited and service is minimalistic. Food quality and appeal is so so.

Solid Chinese Spot on the Ave! Went with the Kung Pao Chicken and it was GREAT - really hit the spot and filled my craving! The wontons in chili oil were FIRE too, great starter/app! The Kung Pao meal was a solid size and it was delicious! I would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for yummy Chinese food! Staff was nice and prompt when I ordered - limited parking!

The 4 of us all ordered different soups with different types of noodles and flavours and so we got to taste all. Very tasty for sure! Spiciness was as announced and perfect for us. Not crowded at all on a black Friday. The only down side was the sticky table and flooring. Restrooms were clean.

I thought this restaurant was good, it wasn't the best but still good. The place was not packed so if you prefer to eat in privacy this restaurant is right for you. The broth is especially good! The place isn't the cleanest the table's are sticky and a little dirty. Go see that restaurant!

This place is always a fave of mine when I'm craving for something soupy. I usually will get their super noodle combo ($~11) because it's a good deal and I can usually get 2 meals from it. I love how customizable it is and they offer a unique selection of toppings like braised pork intestines (my fave!!) to tripe. Food comes out quickly and generally the staff are nice. I believe the price is fair and it's comparable to other noodle places on the ave. If you're not sure what toppings to choose, I'll do my best to describe some of the ones I've had!
