I love the egg noodle in the ramen. The mochi pizza was different but tasty. I had high hopes for the shishito peppers because the version I had at another restaurant was slightly breaded and was truly light and delicious, but here it was just fried as is, not breaded so it was not special. The miso salmon roll was a bit disappointing because I thought the sweet sauce was too overwhelming and overtook the true taste of the salmon.

We got a reservation here because we had read online about how great this place was. It was very busy so I think the reservation was helpful! We got a sake flight--I had never tried sake before and was pleasantly surprised. The buttered scallops and Saba sushi we had for appetizers were delicious. And then my fiance had the spicy miso ramen and I had the Hokkaido chiroshi. All of the food was delicious! Atmosphere and service were also good.

My husband had the Yoroshiku ramen and I had the gluten free ramen (both with chicken as the protein) and we both enjoyed our meals. The ramen dishes were very tasty. Our daughter ordered the Shishito peppers (very spicy!) and the edamame which were also good. It is a very casual restaurant and definitely worth visiting.

Came for Sunday happy hour (hh lasts all day every Sunday!). Got the salmon carpaccio, wagyu shoyu ramen, and yuzulade drink. They also have special dishes that rotate on the menu so be sure to check it out.The salmon carpaccio was a nice refreshing bite and had just the right amount of salt, oil, and lemon. The wagyu shoyu ramen broth was delicious! Light and savory. Sometimes ramen broth can feel really thick and oily but this one was perfect. For the noodles, they had a great bouncy texture. I added fried garlic and it really enhanced the flavor.Unfortunately, I must’ve left the meat alone for too long… by the time I ate it, the wagyu was overcooked and pretty tough. If you get this, don’t make my rookie mistake and make sure to eat the meat early while it’s tender!

Yoroshiku is right in the heart of Wallingford. They have a good sized menu and decent pricing with average portion sizes. Their flavors are great though, which includes their Ramen, appetizers like spam fries, and shishito peppers. The staff here are super nice and friendly, and food comes out decently quick too. They get quite busy, so making a reservation is recommended as they probably only have about 20 tables inside. Make sure to check out what bottles of sake or Whiskey they have against their giant wall as well.

This review is for my Seattle Restaurant Week experience. I came with high expectations since I’ve gotten many recommendations for this place.Perhaps we just didn’t order the right stuff and while they were tasty (noodles were great), it was just an okay experience, and service left much to be desired. Also, the Restaurant Week menu wasn’t a really good deal, as most items would have been about the same price if you got them ala carte.I’d still like to come back and try out their regular offerings, though!

Overhyped and mediocre at best. Arrived, sat at the bar and placed my order at 6:30 PM. I ordered the restaurant week special which came with crudo, brisket ramen and a dessert. In addition, I ordered the chriashi and saba pressed. I did not receive my ramen until 1 hour and 10 minutes later… they are severely understaffed and lost grip of the situation multiple times while I watched the kitchen chef perform. I watched the chef directly in front of me use the same glove for every single thing he touched whether it was the pot, the towel, the raw pork, the sashimi, scooping the rice out of the rice cooker with his hands; everything basically. I was completely shocked how this is a huge health violation going on in an open air kitchen. The ramen was tasty/slightly salty, the saba pressed was very oily, the chirashi is average, the crudo was the best dish and I never got my dessert… this was all for $108 per person by the way :)

Been there a couple of times. Today I had the beef tongue ramen. Rich broth with a little kick. It had a good amount of beef tongue. Simply delicious. Also had the mochi parfait for dessert, light and not too sweet! Friendly service!

We had the Seafood ramen, okomomiyaki, Hokkaido chirashi, and etc. all very good. highly recommend.

Salmon carpaccio and ramen was really good! The carpaccio had intense some intense sauce that may be overbearing but with the greens it helps balance it out. The ramen broth was a bit lighter than I would have enjoyed but didn't take away from the flavor. Our server, Robert, was extremely attentive to our inconspicuous needs and I appreciated that.
