The menu just flat out lies about the price, the employees are rude and impatient, and the food is just a worse version of Panda Express. Go to another restaurant, it's not worth it

Overpriced and not very good. Rice was too wet, chicken not very crispy. Paid $22 for small portion and water. Staff wasn’t very friendly. There were three people working, but I still had to wait for my food after I paid because the other two guys were just standing around.

Terrible survive terrible foods. This is worst fried rice I ever had the rice isn’t cook so it was super hard and taste not good at all never gonna go back

Their Cha siu (roast pork) was actually pretty good and juicy. It had nice flavors too. However, their fried rice was tough. it was edible. Definitely need more water tho. Their white rice on the other hand was way too mushy similar to thick rice porridge

Food was over cooked, aggressively. I didn't know fried rice could be soggy when you make it all day long and the BBQ beef was over cooked like jerky that they slathered in sauce. The gentlemen seemed over worked, grumpy, and stressed which meant that I didn't feel comfortable asking for a refund. Not the workers fault that this situation ended up being what it is. I hope management helps them to not be understaffed and improve working conditions to lower stress.

Staff was friendly but…. The wait was long, the fried rice was hard, the generals chicken wasn’t actually generals chicken it tasted gross and a bit like mustard and was chewy. The broccoli beef was equally unsatisfactory. If I could give it zero stars for the food quality and quantity I would. Definitely not worth the price!

For the general chicken. Quantity is a bit less. The chicken was not cooked well.

0 complaints about the staff. They were very friendly and quick with our food. The food was okay. The general chicken was pretty good but dry. The crispy beef sauce was really yummy but the beef was inedible. It felt like wood chips in my mouth and then disintegrated. I’d be willing to try again maybe not at the end of the day close to closing.

Before the COVID-19 clousures i went to wok at least once a week. the employees always treated my friends and I with kindness and respect. the food was so delightful i often cry over it. this may sound like a joke but it’s not. their food offers a sense of familiarity and comfort. wok is such a lovely restaurant which i miss dearly.

wok made my days better. the fried rice is the reason i’m alive. the service was amazing, food always perfect.
