This is not how I was accepting my food like an always buying food here never had a problem
This place has absolute sh!t customer service. We've never gone to a Wingstop and after last night's experience, we'll never go back. The person working was so freakin' rude when they found out we hadn't ordered ahead, they immediately dismissed us even though we clearly said we'd wait the thirty plus minutes for an order. We stood there for ten minutes, totally ignored, while the person helped every to-go order/and or female that walked in the door.WingStop actually has a topic on their Contact Us page about stores not taking orders?!! Perhaps investing in a few more minutes of training would solve this problem?!
My husband and I are BIG WING fans and this place is Top tier! We ordered garlic parmesean and lemon pepper and they were HOT and very flavorful?
The were good as usual. You can't dine in, which I didn't know, so I had to take them home on the bus. The food was still warm and tasty when I got it home.
Horrible service. Ordered over the phone, came in 20 min later and still had to wait nearly 40 minutes to get 10 pieces of boneless wings. Worst experience at a wingstop
I think some of these other negative reviews trying to keep people away from this wingstop location. Every time I have been here the service is fast, the employees are polite, and the wings come out how I ordered them. I would recommend coming to this spot.
I love wingstop but whenever I try to call this location they never answer the phones. Makes it less motivating to visit.
Drinks were missing from my order. The phone isn’t set up to take calls. I didn’t receive an email confirmation of my order or receipt of my purchase. I won’t order from this store again.
Nice quick service with enough room to social distance while waiting for your food. It is also courteous to wait in your car or outside for your order. I love the wings and of course you can get flats. You'll find great flavors here and a lot of spice.
Taste like rocks with seasonings on them these people don't know how real chicken taste ?
