Ordered thru the app for my kids birthday spent over 225$ on food. The entire order was messed up flavors wrong, missing dipping sauces like ranch for veggie sticks .couldn't call to speak to someone and the voicemail was full. I'm unsure if it's just this location or what completely wrong order ended up having to get something else because the store wouldn't answer to fix the problem. Money wasted im still mad.
I never leave a review unless it’s good. The wings were so hard it tasted like we were eating bones(dead serious). Dropped a lot of money on the worst wings top of my life. I know what wing stop is suppose to taste like and this it made me nauseous. It tasted like they reheated old wings… I will never return to this location.
The BEST ranch you'll ever have. Get the bone-in wings, the boneless are whack. The dry rubs are lit, get the the Louisiana Rub. The mango hab slaps; skip on the Korean BBQ - it's hella sweet
Been here three times order was wrong three times.. Hot but wrong. Took 40 mins for my food and the order was wrong. (20 minutes more than they said) very disappointed won't be back.
Long, long, long, long, long wait, even for a drop-in @ 5pm. Two in person customers when I arrived, previously served. Took my order at 4min. 3 employees. Waited 35minute for 10pc salty,microwaved meat...though large sizes, still tasted like microwaved meat. What was all the cooking grease popping for? ? Disappointment.
The food is good. But the Aurora Wingstop in Seattle need to fix their phone and computer systems.
Food quality is good especially for the price. Ample portions with decent seasonings. Great stuff!I have to warn against ordering specifically delivery online, as they go through third parties with very little in the way of oversight. I've had items missing four or five times, I've had irate delivery drivers screamingly insist that they're at the right address while on the phone with me three blocks from my house. It's not the restaurants' fault per-se but it would really up their game to have in-house delivery service with more quality control there rather than relying on grubhub.
Better than BWW but only barely. It's cheaper, so that's a plus. This place has forgotten some of my sides several times and I've responded via survey and no one responded. Annoyed by missing food. Everything else is alright.
The boneless wings were good but the fries were……sweet? Not a fan at all.
Had a great experience here. We ordered online to pick it up from the store. The woman was so nice and communicative.
