I love boneless chicken wings and I WAS a huge fan of BDubs until i walked in and tasted the chicken wings at Wingstop! Mind blowing NEVER going back to Bdubs again for sure.. we ordered their cajun wings and mango habanero with the cajun seasoned french fries.. the french fries were okay but those wings were absolutely delicious! Perfect breading, nicely cooked juicy chicken, coated very well in their respective sauce tasting divine! My husband who loves bone-in chicken wings was also floored by the boneless version of these wings!We placed the order online and picked it up in 10 mins (way sooner than their 18/23 mins pick up time! Service was fast.. the place is not yet open for dine in but i will be back here soon to try more flavors and re-order my fav boneless chicken wings! Hail Wingstop!
Ordered online for the big game and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Staff here have got it together and the food was ON POINT!
Waited 45 minutes while we shopped. Worth it at this popular location. Sauces were yummy and both bone In and bone Less Wings were cooked well and served hot.
Missing items more than once. They put me on hold for over 8 minutes when I called to tell them about it. When I decided to hang up and try again no one picked up, phone didn't even ring, just an automatic voice message saying to call back later.I needed to contact them asap because my ubereats driver decided he would drive back to get the missing drink, then after he left I saw that wingstop didn't give me the sides I ordered either. I wanted to get a hold of them (wingstop) before he arrived, because I had no way to contact my driver...I actually work for a restaurant myself, so it makes me really frustrated when customers are ignored this way, especially when it's a customer who is trying to be nice and understanding with them. Accidents happen, but being careless is a choice.Again. This has happened more than once, so I guess by this point I shouldn't give them any more chances. When I have ordered from this wingstop in person, the orders have been messed up too. The people at the counter were always nice, but what's going on??
The Hispanic guy that works there is probably the biggest, rudest jerk ever. Just notifying him that the ice machine was either empty or not working was an excuse for him to be a jerk. One time, he even disconnects the phone there because he didnt want phone orders. Dont like your job, then do what millions of people have done. QUIT!!!
Good service, fast, my family loved the taste of boneless wings and classic ones. And I loved the cobs with cheese ???? delicious (I recommend them).
Management only staffed one person to work alone during a busy nfl Sunday. Dude was rude and unhelpful but I understand because he was overwhelmed. The food quality suffered, chicken was wet with oil and pretty gross. Fries were soggy too. Serves me right for eating unhealthy.
The manager here is always the most friendly person in my day, love the customer service.
Food is good and service is usually fine, but a young woman with braids was giving attitude to everybody in the store and had nobodies order right. 4 customers in the store and she was a rude to all of them.
Safe enough to eat my food at home from walking over to pick up
