Absolutely delicious ruebenFun to sit on the deck while you eat too

Our experience has definitely been mixed here. But tonight was a low point. We ordered some sandwiches and the kale caesar salad. When we opened our order, I realized I had accidentally ordered a half sandwich. I'm not sure what I pressed online but ok, I accept responsibility. Except the half was so ridiculously small - probably taken from the smaller end of a loaf of artisanal bread. There was a small blob of mayo on only one side of bread and two dismal squares of bacon (for the blt). My husband got the kale caesar - which amounted to a lot of kale, 4 chunks of chicken, a lemon, and three croutons. A small amount of dressing was packed on the side. Everyone knows that kale needs to be soaked or massaged in dressing....I didn't know this would be part of the experience. Very disappointing.

Great place to stop in for a quick cold bev or hot latte. The Dandelion Ginger tea I got today was .. not the best tasting but helped my upset stomach so I’m happy for that. The rooftop deck is a great place to relax under an umbrella - a requirement for the brutal sun-drenched summers we get here in Seattle ?. The mobile order option is convenient as well.

Conveniently located near public transportation and nearby Lincoln Park with free off-street parking. Charming neighborhood market with diverse variety of pantry staples, take away foods, and a menu of sandwiches, soups, beer & wine - and coffee; Coffee was really good BUT they had no place to sit & eat. It was a sunny afternoon but patio was closed when we were there - so we sat & ate at the bus stop - and I wished we had chosen the eatery across the street that offered both covered patio seating and comfy-looking dine-in options.

Great little patio to enjoy on a sunny day. Good vegetarian options, great minestrone soup and salads. Cold sandwich is good, but the bread certainly takes some commitment to chew through. Plus a handful of decently priced beers on tap.

So pleasantly surprised! Shame on me for not coming here sooner. You can spend more at subway for a pile of garbage than you can here on a fresh made, healthy sandwich that is also delicious. Staff was lovely and the vibe is great!

Stay away! I have been going here regularly every time I am in the area but after today, never again! When I walked up to place my order for some fries the employee slammed the boxes down on the floor and with a condescending tone asked me what I wanted to order. The boxes that she was working on were obviously more important than the customer waiting at the counter to spend money at their establishment. When I got my order of french fries I went to go eat them on the patio outside, upstairs. It was locked. I went back in and looked for seating but all their chairs and tables were up against the walls. The other employee asked me if I had a question. I asked her if there was anywhere to sit inside as the patio upstairs was locked. She mumbled that the patio had been open but because it poured earlier they locked it. And no, there was no place to sit inside. When I asked her why she said it's too bad, it just is and then walked away. Don't spend your money here, they don't deserve it with their attitudes. The bakery across the street, the taco truck or the other restaurant there I'm certain would be happy to have this place's business and be much more pleasant.

The coffee was ok, but overpriced. The selection of foods and items was great... Service however was terrible. Employee was unpleasant, neglected to give proper order, had condescending attitude. We certainly overpaid. If you see a guy with long hair, tattoos on both arms, do yourself a favor and stay away. I reccomend the bakery across the street if it's open, or the local food trucks for good Mexican food. Will not be returning to this establishment in the near or distant future.

It was my first time trying this place and it did not disappoint. I had the flat iron steak sandwich and it was amazing! Great friendly staff at pickup and great atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.

Great sandwiches. Bagel bread is awesome. Staff are super nice. Sizes were nice. I'm 220 lb guy and they filled me up. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a salad so I could try a few things. The salads were fresh and delicious. I saw some other reviews said they were small portions, they must have corrected that issue. So many fries I had to share with BOTH my kids! These thin fries were delicious. Highly recommend, NO BS. I do not know these people, just looking for a good sandwich near me and found it.
