Great food, great location, great vibes. A little too pricey. The new (one year old) all-vegan menu is amazing, though!! So many traditional dishes made vegan. The pepper tofu is so so so good. My wife and I split the Mongolian duck and the Orange duck. The mock-duck is really flavorful. It is glutenous, which gives it a "real" duck-like taste. The staff was so nice and everyone seemed like they knew each other (we were sitting on the bar side of the house) so the atmosphere was really friendly, too!

It's okay. The food was average. I would go lower with my rating but I feel like overall they're probably good people. I read their menu carefully. Nowhere on their menu does it mention peanuts. Just FYI, they serve peanuts in several of their dishes. No warning on the menu though. I avoided death. I give it three stars because most people do not have peanut allergies and I think most people would find it pretty average overall.

We had a long day trip and was hungry for good Chinese food - this was a good place to eat - food is excellent , we loved everything we ordered. The only thing they only have this one guy as the waiter and he is doing everything. He apologizes every time but he needs some help . I have to drink my own bottled water because our water was not refilled and I know he was trying his best. If not for that I would give this place 5 stars

I went here with a party of 10 for a birthday. We decided to eat "family style" and ordered several different dishes for everyone to share. The food was fantastic! Everything we tried was so tasty. They also had a lot of vegetarian options. The cocktails were very generously poured as well. And to top it all off, the service was terrific! We had one server for our large group, but she was so nice, and so fast, and attentive. She even took group photos for us before we left. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Delicious food and an awesome server! I had a chance to grab dinner with a friend while I was in town. She recommended Uptown China. This place is going on my list of places to go to again when I return! They were able to accommodate my food intolerances without hesitation. I had the Ten Ingredient Rice Noodles and it was great. Satiating and tasty. Also, their margarita was perfect.

The food was well-seasoned and prepared. Very well-done veggies! The eggrolls were tasty and not too greasy. Delivery was on time and quick. The major bummer was that there was no rice. I called and was told I had to order rice separately. We would have gladly paid for rice but had no idea this was an extra. I recommend to the restaurant that you correct the problem because it is rare if ever that Asian food wouldn't be accompanied by rice.

We were looking for a place to dine before going to an event at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle. Uptown Chinese is a quick walk from the 1st Street Parking Garage. We ordered Almond Chicken and Chicken Fried Brown Rice. The food came quickly. The food was hot and plentiful for two people. The Chicken fried brown rice was moist, had an authentic taste and was made with a good compliment of vegetables. The service was friendly and attentive. The price was very reasonable. Uptown Chinese Restaurant is now on our list of favorite places near Seattle Center.p

The food is just okay. I got the sweet and sour chicken and the chicken tasted bland with the sauce on the side to pour over as you'd like but that made it taste like two different components. It came with pineapple and apple and it didn't seem to blend well with the dish, seemed like everything was just thrown together instead of cooked together. The white rice tasted old too.I ate it simply because I was on my lunch break and I was hungry, but otherwise I probably would've just tossed it and made myself a sandwich at home.I don't think I'll be eating here again.

Morally bankrupt...should be ashamed of what they charge for small, cold portions. I am embarrassed I got ripped off.

I had a General Chicken with brown rice and they were really good. The chicken was crispy and well covered in a tasteful sauce, the rice was also well cooked. The service was really good.
