Amazing staff! With Covid restrictions at nearby Harborview, they allowed us to stay pretty much all day while a family member was in a serious surgery. They were very friendly, accommodating and provided great service! Would definitely recommend!
There was a lot of servers for our weekend brunch, and yet we had bare minimum service. The food was ok. Nothing special and the flavor was bland. The fries were the best thing we ordered. I’d go back for location/convenience, but certainly not for the food.
Bright and spacious café with high-end designer vibes. Friendly, approachable, and skilled staff. I ordered the avocado stack and I felt guilty absolutely destroying it, as the presentation was gorgeous. I ordered an Americano and drip to-go, both tasted like a very smooth, full bodied, medium roast which is a perfect high-volume enjoyable coffee. Though I don't often drink, the wine variety and staff expertise really compel me to come back and sample! I'll be back!
The coffee here is adequate, but usually served too hot for my preference. Nice baristas though!
Waited over 20 minutes for the wrong order. I got my usual coffee and it tasted bitter and a cream cheese bagel for it to come with jam.
Will keep coming back! Love the atmosphere, staff, coffee, and food. The avocado stack was a pleasant surprise! The croissant is traditional and good! I've had some hard ones before, and too soft, theirs were the perfect medium, crunchy outside, soft inside. The coffees I had were perfectly made. Relaxing spot that sets a great tone for the day.
Great food and coffee. But Janice (barista/owner) left her dog outside in the rain storm at 20 degrees freezing cold for 30mins. Two other wait staffs kept reminding her about her dog outside in the storm as customers and passerby stopped near the dog to figure out "Whose dog is being abused right now??!!". Was truly surprised - how a person who does not have basic compassion for her dog can be sincere to her customers ! I don't see myself going here again in future to witness animal abuse.
Beautifully done interior, food was delicious, staff was friendly and delightful. Even the music was spot on. Great place!
I was on a walk with my son from Harborview medical and stumbled upon this place. The warm welcome and spacious atmosphere was surprisingly fantastic. Every opportunity to feel like you are in a casual alternative to home was created and carried out professionally. I'm not sure who's coffee they carry but the blend that I received in my iced, almond milk, white chocolate mocha was absolutely perfect, where others have fallen short in the area. Their wine selection is also dynamic and well presented. I look forward to seeing more people meet here and unwind from the hustle of the neighboring medical community. You deserve a stress free experience at a trü-bistro, cheers!
If I could give this place six stars, I would. The tables are very socially distanced (perhaps 10 feet). Colby and the other servers are on point … ask for a wine suggestion from Janice. I got two salads… based on my appetite I needed two! Best drip coffee I’ve had in awhile. Very artful decor. Great music. Everything is perfect. Six. Stars.
