Before the pandemic they talk about fish for the future and today we are 100 sure they are right that’s way they are a proud alaska and seatle good company
After reading all the positive comments about "TRIDENT SEAFOODS® THE ULTIMATE FISH STICKS" I couldn't wait to try them and I waited patiently for Costco to restock their shelves. What a disappointment. They didn't have that much fish and they always came out soggy even though I flipped them half way through the cooking cycle and baked them an additional 5 minutes. The last real fish sticks were Mrs. Paul's from the early 60's.
The Pop Up Fish Shop is a brilliant idea, and the seafood offerings are EXCELLENT! Everything I've tried has been very tasty, well prepared, and a bargain. Never any waiting, friendly staff a the truck, and did I mention how tasty the fish is?? FIVE STARS!
The "resealable" fish sticks from Costco are decent. But the agrivating part is the packaging plant is failing them. The area to tear off and be able to open and reseal. You know one of the key sales pitches on the front of the bag. Hasnt functioned correctly at all on the last 2 bags I purchased. They are sealed all the way up to the zip lock part and once you struggle to tear your way down to the top edge of the zip lock it still won't open. I worked at it until the ziplock started to come open then the zip lock part just started tearing away from the bag. And it was still sealed below the zip lock part and needed cut open anyway. Packing plant is ripping these guys off.
Trident is a great company. They treat their vendors well and never ignore a request. Plus, obviously I am a loyal customer when it comes to buying their products :)
