Lots of tea shops in this area! Got Taiwan milk tea and fruit tea with chia seeds. I liked the milk tea minus the QQ noodles, I probably could’ve done without that one ha! They’re not bad just I’m basic. The fruit tea was refreshing but quite sweet. Quick and efficient and clean. Nice staff and cute place! Show your receipt when they call your number for your order

Yum!...ishAll in all, our experience was very good when we went. The line moved quickly, the people were competent, and the drinks were pretty good. I got the taro green tea latte, and that was excellent. However, the other drinks we got were a bit more mediocre and didn't stand out too much. What I really wanted was a taro green tea latte with crema, but unfortunately crema wasn't a topping option. But all in all, would come here again!

There was a line out the door but didn't have to wait long to get the drinks. Ordered TGY tea creama and Mango tea creama. My favorite was Mango tea creama with boba, but I would get it with less or without ice next time.

Love most of their milk teas, quality is very nice and the tea is not too sweet and very smooth. There is one worker here who tends to be a bit short with customers. She may be new because I haven’t seen her before and the team here is typically very nice and efficient. She seems very annoyed with customers over little things. If a customer cannot hear what you’ve asked and you get so annoyed by it or you don’t like it when someone doesn’t know what a certain drink is, then maybe any customer service position shouldn’t be for you. She’s not welcoming

I love boba tea in general so had to try this place in International District. Ordered the TP Milk Tea (with zero sugar) and Pearl Milk Tea (with 30% sugar). Both the drinks were amazing. They do have fresh tea flavors which I love. Even with zero sugar I could enjoy my boba tea. Their boba is smaller in size unlike other place which is good cos then it is easy to drink with my milk tea. They have a wide variety of traditional teas along with some fruity flavors. Wish they would add some chocolate boba flavors to up their game but love it here. Highly recommend if in the area.

So many choices! I ordered 4 drinks for my family: 2 smoothies and 2 milk teas. I love that we can choose multiple free toppings for each drink, and the prices are very reasonable. However, even at 25% sweetness, I found the drinks to be still quite sweet. I will definitely be back to try more but will maybe ask for no added sweeteners at all.

2 out of 10 times the orders are incorrect. For example, see pic : grass jelly is invisible or missing.I like the tea... taste stronger than sharetea or some other places. Not as good as Din TaiFung but more convenient.Hoped they will make it right in our future visits.

Tried out TP as I love teas and am always up to try new spots. This was just an all around bad experience. First, the place was so loud, the cashier and I were struggling to hear each other. Secondly, I don’t know if the cashier was tired or what, but they had a bad attitude. I asked if they had non dairy options as I didn’t see any info and they rolled their eyes at me. I’m sorry I didn’t know?? Secondly, I ordered some items and asked for sugar and ice adjustments. Seemed like everything I asked was an inconvenience. Then when I picked up my order, my drink was full of ice even though I asked for less ice. It was even on the printed label. I’ll be going to my regular spot where the customer service is better and the tea is made to order.

Ordered a Green Tea Latte and requested “no ice”.They said that they can’t do that because the recipe requires ice. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard.I explained to them that I am drinking it the next day so I will put it in my fridge. From the photo these are large ice cubes that they have put in…it’s easy to simply NOT put in the ice cubes!!!And yet they refused. This is why they get 1 star! It’s about the service!

The tieguanyin with cheese foam is now one of my favourite teas.
