This place always rocks. Their burger and fries are my consistent fave in Seattle. They are mostly half pound burgers of immaculate preparation and big flavors. Great classic pub food. The music is a nice volume and they almost always play new wave, Ska, punk from 1977 to about 1986.The bartenders make great drinks, the local tap bet list is almost 20 beers.AND this is THE WHISKEY BAR. The expert chill career bartenders will suggest whiskeys and even sell you half pours for exactly half price.

Being a whiskey enthusiast I was eager to sample the Whiskey Bar's selection. Shortly after I walked in to the bar I recognized the bartender's had a look of disdain on their faces. I was asked for my ID twice in quick succession. I brushed off the rudeness of the intial bartender with a handlebar mustache and begin to ask questions of one of the other bartenders (guy in his late 40's early 50's). I inquired about the a couple of ryes they had on display I was met with terse and pretentious responses. I get that whiskey is a finer and nuanced experience, but that is no reason to make customers feel unwelcome. I bought a pour of barrel proof rye which, was enjoyable, and quickly left. I would not recommend going here purely based on the lack of courteousness of the bartenders in a place where one should be met with a higher standard of service.

Super tasty apps and wonderful drinks with more than enough choices to keep you coming back for more! I didn't catch the name of the bartender that was working last evening but he was wonderful and super helpful / knowledgeable when I was trying to pick out a drink. Thank you for the lemon, gin lavender thing! It was soooo good! ❤️

This is a "must experience" spot if you love whisky. I got to try a whisky I had not had before and at a reasonable price for the pour. Excellent selection of whisky. Cheers!

Bartender was pretentious and was not very accommodating. Refused to make any of the drinks we requested. We were willing to stay with our group of 8 and stay for awhile, but the bartender made us feel very uninvited so we left after our first round of drinks. This place was not very suitable for groups despite being the only people in there and it being a large space with lots of tables.

They don’t use egg whites in their Whisky Sours. I’ts a great place if you are looking to try a bunch of different whiskeys. But maybe not the place for whiskey based cocktails?

The place was a great find. We were wasting some time before dinner and came across this Whiskey Bar. Glad we did. The Whiskey selection was phenomenal from all over the world. Ended up getting the Scotch flight with was delish. And finished with Dryfly Bourbon and the Barrel aged Boulevardier, both very good. Food selection was decent. We ended up getting the Brussel sprouts and the pickle fries. They also had a beer selection as well. Place didn't seem busy, service was a bit slow but we also sat in a booth. Will definitely keep coming back.

It's a nice whiskey bar with a wide selection of whiskies. What was strange is a homeless man just came in and sat next to us asking for money. The server had to ask him to leave.

Super nice cocktails. Had an old fashioned, and it was ? . The food was also good

The bartender was so friendly. The Hemingway daiquiris were great, and the impossible burger was made perfectly.
