Great integration with the bar and the ability to order food from any table through the site.Best thing on the menu was the chili. I mourn that the chili is gone, taking with it the chili cheese tots and chili-dog.The pretzel and queso are great, though. Save time, get the two pretzel option if you're sharing at the table.
Tried The Big Sur and soup du jour - both were delicious! The prep was quick and pick up was fast. The soup seemed like a vegetarian chili and I’m glad I took a chance on it. Pro tip, the balsamic aioli is FIRE. Will be back!
Good food but they made it a huge hassle to order after moving inside the Octopus. Waited 25 minutes on a dead night for one hot dog.
My favorite sandwich is the Catamaran. I enjoy it with fries or totes. But the Tots are delicious with a side of ranch. If you want to have a fest get the wings!But back the Catamaran, it delicious. The Sourdough bread smells so wonderful. The Peppers spread is makes the sandwich a chef’s kiss! Now I want this sandwich again.Feeling like a Hotdog? Go with the Chicago Dog or the Seattle Dog. Chili is very tasty and warm on a cold rainy Seattle day.Want a pretzel ? get the pretzel.All the food is delicious and you can’t go wrong.
I Love everything about the Salty Shack. The food is bomb and I love the care and creativity put into the to-go packaging, You really feel special opening that box with all its delicious treasures. Currently my favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and tots. Sad this sandwich is for a limited time only because I'd order it forever if it were up to me. Thanks for bringing the fun to dinner and snack time.
I missed the Octopus so much and have been so delighted to see the Salty Shack take shape. I've ordered takeout several times and it is consistently SO good. They make attention to detail an art form and their to-go cocktails make me reminiscent of nights on the Octopus porch. Everything on the menu is great, but I would highly recommend the Chum Bucket with tots and the Shark Bait!
The hot dogs are juicy, the sandwiches are huge and full of flavor, the cocktails to-go are unmatched! Love The Salty Shack and they’ve built an actual shack for sitting/eating and socially distanced waiting out front!
Yo! This place is delicious! I had the tuna melt with tator tots. I know, odd combo but it was amazing! I highly recommend this place. Definitely coming back tomorrow.

My go to take out. Quality is top notch, everything arrives well put together in cute boxes. Drinks are good too! The sandwiches are huge, with A TON of fries. The chicken tenders are great and LOADED with even more fries. Fries are thick cut, seasoned well. They are golden crisp on the outside and soft inside. Make sure to order a gallon of ranch, because their ranch is fireeeeee.
