This place is so cool! I would highly recommend coming here. Its nice and clean and a fun place to play board games and even to learn how to play new games.
I found The Missing Piece advertised on my newsfeed and I suggested it to my boyfriend since we enjoy gaming. We stopped in this evening (5-16-22) and found it to be pretty nice and welcoming. We played a round of my boyfriend's MTG commanders, then we went on to play one of their games they offer for free to play. They have a good sized inventory of board and card games to purchase as well. We will definitely pay another visit!
Had a great time during their Sunday Piecing it Together event. Tasty drinks and snacks were available. The staff was super friendly and helpful teaching me a couple games and and playing some rounds with me. They also have “missing pieces” you can earn by learning and playing games. I have to go back next week to get my last “piece” Definitely worth a visit.
I went into this business and nicely asked if they would put up a flyer for our local Little League baseball registration sign ups that we are having and they wouldn't even set a flyer out on the table or put one up in the window for me and I live next door to this business and I thought it was very rude and if I could give them zero Stars I would and they wonder why they never have any customers in there cuz they do stuff like this it's rude we're a local non-profit Little League baseball for youth in our area and I don't see how you would not want to promote that and why you can't put a flyer up in your window or even just place one on your register table so I'll never go here again at all or buy anything
really neat game shop with game nights, coffee, and alcohol served. great game selection spanning all kinds of tabletop games including one and two player games.
Cutest shop you can buy/and play board games in the store nice selection of sandwiches and pastries. Victrola Coffee awesome ? Latte was excellent..Good place for kids/gamers
The smoked turkey and cheese panini sandwich was delicious with yummy fresh bread. I loved the tasty hot apple cider.
I'm so excited that there is a new game store in town! The store has a really laid back and open floor plan with lots of tables for gaming. Their game selection was great and I really like how they organized their stock. I chatted with the barista a bit. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
Great board game cafe! We have so many good options in Seattle and I feel really lucky we have another one. TMP is bright, modern, but still has a homey feel.I'm not a coffee drinker but they have good tea options for cold weather, Italian sodas for when it's warm. Love the sandwiches too--my favorites are the smoky chicken bacon and the Cuban. Also, A+ chocolate chip cookies. Good size, chewy and not crumbly/crunchy, good chocolate chip ratio (yes I'm picky about my cookies!)Tables are a good size for gaming and I've spent many hours here already hanging out with friends and playing games. The weekends are a bit busier so I prefer going in the evenings during the week when you're pretty much guaranteed a table. If you do want to go on the weekends you can reserve a table or one of the beautiful private rooms to ensure you have the space you want for the time you want ?Gamers--you can pre-order games, try their free to play library, or sell used games at your own price. All good stuff!
Very interesting spot! This board game shop has a whole wall of board games and even a small library that customers can play onsite. They also host board game events every week.Well, I don't play board games, anyway. I came in for a quick breakfast. I had a chicken verde tamales with guacamole salsa sauce. It's very tasty and reasonably priced, love it! Moreover, their pastries look delicious too and they brew victrola coffee.
