I've been coming to this spot for nearly 15 years, and it's still good. Maybe even better than it used to be with the parking lot converted not just for events. Come get in on some Fremont livelihood and gorge on some delicious bites or a whole sammi. Food rules, service... it's an f'ing sailor bar who cares, drinks spectacular. And no you don't need to be a local to fit in here.
This had to be one of the worst experiences I'vehad at a bar like this. We had a group of 9-10people at a table out back (we were the only tableout there) and there were maybe 5-7 tables insidethat were full. Every time the server came to thetable she only took a few peoples orders andignored half the table, forgot half the orders, andwouldn't come back for over 30 minutes. We wentinside at one point to use the restroom and 3servers were blowing up balloons and gettingdecorations ready for a birthday party later.Apparently, our first server left and closed out allof our tabs. Which was odd and confusing, but thenext server gave us a hard time about wanting tosee the original receipts. The servers were so rudeand condescending too it made everyoneuncomfortable. The only good thing about this place was the food.
Watched the AFC Championship game here and had amazing food, drink, heaters and game/sound experience.
This place was awful. Watched football there today. They didn’t have any heat on, and the $14 tempura cauliflower I bought was tiny. Barely an appetizer. I’ll never go back to this dump.
Man the service was amazing here. The host helped move some people sitting in an area outdoors so they could put the game on for us and some other people. It was so kind. Then we had just the sweetest server all night who checked on us regularly and was just generally very pleasant. Lastly, even though they closed they let us stay to finish our game, it went in to overtime. Beer selection was good, wings were tasty. Thanks for a great night!
Food is unnecessarily greasy. Drinks are good, lots of space to watch games. Staff was really nice although I had a hard time knowing who worked there since they don’t have any particular outfit to stand out.
Not what it used to be.This place has so many rules it's not like camp vs. a bar. The once delicious breakfast choices are now all gone. It's down to 3 items and one is a breakfast sandwich.A bloody Mary is $10 dollars so you can pay for the privilege of having your brunch micro managed.A positive is it's now empty on the weekends.Do everyone a favor and let this place for.
Went to watch the Seahawks game. Arrived 40 minutes early to get settled in with a party of 3. Was at first offered a table that was 2.5 ft by 2.5 ft for all of us. Was told they would only give an actual table to larger parties. Was told we could wait, but that's a complete insult to ignore that we were there well before other people to have them given priority, simply because there was maybe 5 people in a group. The fact they just walked us to that tiny table without any indication shows how little they care. Manager was completely uncaring, tried to act like it was our fault for not accepting a tiny table, and even gave a sarcastic "good luck" after we we said we werent going to be pushed into a corner, as if I'm going to be unable to find anything else. Will be avoiding and recommend the same for anyone looking to watch the game or looking to be treated with respect.
Food and service were very good! Beer was cold. So the only negative was the use of paper and plastic that is not exactly an environment plus.
I’m posting because this has happened multiple times. Awful service. They don’t care about their customers. Staff is rude. Overpriced food and drinks. They survive because of the overflow from Fremont brewery. Pick a different bar to watch the game.
