Top notch service, amazing food, and a serene outdoor setting. Nothing but love for this place. If you go with four people you can likely order one of everything on the menu and just share it all.
We felt like we’d stepped into a small countryside town in Italy! The ambiance is fantastic, as are the food and service. We can’t wait to go back.
We held our 9-person family wedding in the upstairs of The Corson Building at the end of April. The plants were in full bloom, the ambiance of the upstairs room was classy and relaxed, the food was unique and absolutely delicious, and our server was incredibly responsive. We had a delightful time and we plan to go back every year to celebrate!
Amazing service, food, and atmosphere! Back patio was cozy and warm. Plates were just the right amount of food and you could feel the love put into each dish!
We LOVE Corson Building. It was our first time here and they gave us a free drink to welcome us. Richard was our server and the service was excellent. We went on a Saturday so we had a 5 course set menu. The food was all so delicious. Truly one of our new favorite restaurants in Seattle!
This places is a powerful experience of taste and sophistication. Our platings were modern with a french flare for delicate sauces. Every bite was complex and exciting. It was magnificent. Highly recommend. This is easily in my top three restaurants picks for Seattle. My only con is location, but in many ways the Georgetown vibe makes it a hidden gem. Airplane noise is a thing, but the ombieance of the outdoor garden seating was exquisite. I can't wait to return when the viens and in bloom more flowers are budding.Very romantic spot for a special evening with your partner. We ate a 4 course meal with drinks and tip for $240.
Amazing dinner in an enchanting little garden. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was delicious! I was worried that it might be too cold but even in a dress the heaters kept it cozy. We went on a Friday, but I would love to go back on a weekend for the prix fixe dinners.
I sent some friends here who are just moving to Seattle. They couldn’t have had a better time or a better meal. An amazing introduction to a new City. Thanks, Emily and Matt for taking such great care of them!
Overall the dining experience was pretty good, table service and our waiter was excellent. Main complaints was lack of non alcoholic beverages for those of us that don't drink and the menu itself wasn't exactly what I was expecting (we went on a Friday when the menu was à la carte). Highly suggested for those of you who consider yourselves the "foodie types".
The Corson Building has become one of my favorite restaurants in the PNW. We recently attended a Sunday Supper, which was a Prix Fixe, four-course meal and it was outstanding. We sat outside under the heaters and it was super cozy. The service staff and everyone working was also extremely kind and courteous. The main course was a duck leg confit and I honestly haven't tasted anything as good as that meal in a long time. I know they mix up the dinner every few days, and I can't wait to see what they come up with next time. Finally, I just want to emphasize how much I loved the experience as a whole: Making reservations for a party of 8 went so smoothly. The communication was always sharp. They considered dietary restrictions for one of our guests allergic to shellfish. It was an overall, exemplary experience.
