Fired for reporting roaches to my boss. The Chocolate Market in Pike Place Market has cockroaches in their espresso machine. I watched them crawl down the steam wand and then back up inside the machine. The plan to fix this, fire the person who saw it and keep serving coffee. Also both the owner and manager asked me to use week old dirty bleached mystery rags that were in a bucket in the back to clean the portafilter and steamwand on the espresso machine in between customers, i refused to do this cause it's a huge health violation, would most likely make people sick, and it's just disgusting. The day after I bring up these issues they pull me aside and tell me they're firing me. Avoid if you don't want to get seriously sick. Their business and health licenses are very expired.

Yummy chocolates..the salted caramels were great. The sugar free orange gelly chocolate were lovely.
Yummy fudge and truffles, definitely find this place so worth wandering pike place for it.

Chocolate was top notch. We got a 6 pack of truffles and two peanut butter cups.
