It's hard to make a sandwich stand out from the rest when comparing sandwich shops for lunch or even breakfast and I have never really been a fan of sandwiches but I LOVE this place!! If I lived closer I would eat here a few days a week! I had a BLTA on sourdough and it was GREAT! but not only is the food good and the employees all treat you like they are life long friends of yours but the inside is decorated like your eating in their living room despite the fact there are 8 or so tables and chairs!! It is warm and inviting. They have many posters if plays and festivals ECT on the walls that are all CURRENT! which I have never really seen before usually when I see a poster or flyer for a play or marathon it's from a couple years ago and looks aged and like junk but these are all for things to do in the coming weekends. The furniture is an eclectic collection of mismatched chairs and couches but not in an obvious 'I went to Value Village' kind of way and the tables are large repurposed spools that were once used for large wire or rope. Other than the counter with the plastic 'wall' ( left over from COVID requirements) and the cash register, no part of this place feels like a restaurant it really feels like you have stopped by a friend's house to have lunch! It also has an espresso stand inside that has a drive thru window so those mornings you are in a rush u can do drive up to the window and grab a latte and breakfast sandwich on your way thru. They do have a side deck with seating outside that has plenty of shade for those odd days we have the sun out. I really can not say enough about this place. From what I saw all the ingredients are fresh and they have found a way to make a bacon lettuce tomato with avacado taste better than anywhere else using the same recipe. The only thing I can think of is they have a secret ingredient, regardless of how silly this is going to sound it's the only thing I can come up with but they really do make their food with love and you can really taste it!If you are ever in Ballard or Magnolia, heck if you are with in 30 miles and you want a sandwich you've gotta stop by!!

The best sandwiches. The bada bing ID my favorite.

When I lived in Magnolia I would go there all the time. I now live on the Eastside, but anytime I’m in the area I will stop and get a sandwich “Bada Bing or Philly”

Food is fine. Quick service and convenient location. But I’m pretty sure I was overcharged for my meal.

GREAT customer service. Good quality food.

Absolutely delicious Bada Bing supreme is what I had I will definitely be coming back

Staff and food are invariably what you need in the middle of the day! Thumbs up.

My breakfast sandwich was so good! Great stop before Discovery Park!

really good sandwiches, would recommend the TBAS

By far my favorite deli in Seattle. Bada bing supreme, and the pastrami Reuben are my favorites.
