This place is super ?. It’s like, ummmmm…. kind of unbelievable. We honestly derive from Issaquah highlands to eat breakfast here a couple days a week. I’ve tried about half of the menu so far and I’m working my way through the rest. My partner loves their Wesley style brioche bun breakfast sandwich. I’m in love with just about everything I’ve had so far but I tend to stray towards the healthier choices. So far the harvest breakfast has been my absolute favorite. On top of that the entire staff are incredibly amicable and keep a smile on my face every time I come to see them. It’s a real gem of West Seattle. I just bought a T-shirt from them the other day as well! I love it.
That Super Burrito on their Sunrise Specialty selection...was the best I've had in years! The flour tortilla will absolutely blow you away...IT WAS FLAKY!! But those flavors inside will have you dancing on your sweet cheeks as you devour it. Or maybe that was too much time on the bike seat ? that burrito was so large, that we shared it, and ordered The Nutty Smoothie with an Americano and Cold Brew..it was plenty of food! Very cool sitting area to dine, I mean devour, with table and chairs along the base of "the wall of color". It got crowded...quick, so consider yourself lucky if you just waltz, or ride...up to that window. See ya there?
I’m a place like Seattle it shouldn’t be so hard to find good lunch food, but it is! I stumbled upon birdhouse today, for the first time in forever and man! Best sandwich my husband and I have had in forever. The bread was fresh, oozing with colorful and vibrant ingredients. We both commented it was the best sandwiched we’ve had in west seattle ?!! I had the veggie one (sans hummus) and he had the fire something- we will be back with bells on! And to boot, the people working were warm, and absolutely lovely to talk with. Re-discovered local gem and I’m so happy we did!

She'd order again in a minute.I ordered the Birdhouse Chai Latte, extra extra hot. Because I like it hot. ;) My chai was delivered extra hot with friendly service. The taste was top notch. I'd order it again.
We frequent this coffee shop on a regular basis. The staff are amazing - super friendly and kind. The coffee is delicious and their breakfast bagels are SO delicious!! Highly recommend.
Love everything about The Birdhouse. The people are lovely the coffee is great and could eat a monkey bite every day. Oats bowl is delicous and a great smoked salmon bagel. Picked up a great T Shirt too. Top Notch
Some of the best coffee I’ve had in Seattle. Breakfast dishes are great. Everything I’ve had has had fresh quality ingredients. Line moves fast and they open early..ish. Definitely recommend.

This place always has a line so I had high expectations! Pretty okay quick breakfast place. Tasty gluten free bread but main sandwich was kind of bland. Ordered the works but it was mostly lettuce. Would have been better if it had a piece of meat or some cheese. The meat is in the egg. Coffee is okay as well, not bad. Husband had smoked salmon bagel and said it was okay as well. Decent for quick service! Probably wouldn't go out of the way to return.
Consistently good breakfast sandwiches and coffee.The mural has been fixed!! I live nearby and walk past it nearly every day, and I'm so glad to see it restored ❤
