One did a one n done here so far, but the one cocktail I ordered was perfectly balanced. I'd definitely come back.
Great atmosphere and selection. Recommend the brussel sprouts for food if if you need something to munch on, and Galactic Center as a drink if you’re a whisky fan. Our hostess Drue was also great.
Maybe it’s just me but I have a hard time paying for the most basic old fashion I’ve ever had. The bar is super nice though.
What’s not to like about this place? The drinks are thoughtful, the ambiance is dank, and the brussel sprouts are the gahdam best thing you could possibly eat.
This place is amazing!! Can't believe it took me so long to try it. Their drinks are so tasty and their food is *chef's kiss*. The vegan shepherd's pie and cauliflower plate were both so flavorful and I can't wait to come back to try even more next time!
So, I'll start with saying I currently live in Utah. So you can guess how great the bourbon selection is here....I was in Seattle for a couple days and stopped in. First off, their whiskey selection is impressive. I splurged and tried WLW, and honestly their prices were very reasonable. The food was great as well. The bartender was Luke, and he was extremely friendly and had some great recommendations. I will absolutely be back next time I'm in Seattle!
Great selection of whisky, but the food is delicious too. Try the truffle popcorn for a snack and any entree for a meal. We haven't been disappointed yet.

Great atmosphere with a decent selection of cocktails. The gnocchi was exceptional and the other mains were good. You can't go wrong with all the sides either.
