Best ribs I've had in Seattle. They're moist and juicy. They put the sauce on the side. The first time I went there the owner said I'll be back, and he was right.
Ordered food. Online said they were open and took my card info to pay. Arrived to find it closed only 30 minutes after I ordered. If you're open, be open. Multiple people showing up as I write this in front of the business.Update: Supposedly the owner is having family matters and that keeps him from being open.

Incredible ribs, baked beans, greens and possibly the best mac & cheese I've ever had! Everyone run, don't walk to see Pookey and get your fill of Seattle's best barbeque.I look forward to returning in the New Year to get his gumbo! This place is legendary.
Ribs, pulled pork and mac&cheese to die for. Never expected to find real southern comfort flavor in Seattle. 5 stars land short of my rating.
Absolutely love it! The brisket and ribs are juicy tender and delicious the sauce perfectly goes with them the potato salad is great and the Mac and cheese ain't too bad either the decor and atmosphere is perfection and the service is friendly and personal this place will definitely keep me coming back for more I highly recommend it if you live good BBQ
