Do you want a neighborhood spot where you can pop in for a quick bit? Or a place with new items regularly on the menu? Or a place to be treated like both royalty and family at the same time? Terra Plata is all of those things! Tamara and Linda and their entire team create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, curate an amazing wine and cocktail program and prepare some damn fine food! This place has it all. Oh! And did I mention their rooftop deck for outdoor dining among their herb garden?! You will be so happy you went. Tell them Atina sent you!
we had a booking at 7:30 and got our table 40 minutes later, with no apology nor offer to compensate having to wait at the entrance 40 minutes, which didn't help get in an ideal mood; with good food and wine, things got better. Prices have jumped really high, ie 28$ for 8 muscles and 4 clams is ridiculous; quality is there however, at an astronomic cost. I would recommend the food, not to book at 7:30 or 8ish however.
Loved the location and the ambiance. It was my birthday and they made a personalized menu for our party. They were very accommodating as we preferred the rooftop seating and they made sure we got out of there in perfect timing for our show at the Paramount. The food and drinks were all delicious. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely choose to eat at Terra Plata again.
Took a colleague there for dinner yesterday, and WHAT an experience! From the look from the street to the bathrooms, a very unique experience. We had a rooftop / outdoor seating and it was perfect, despite my thinking it would be tough to get good service due to how busy they were. Great staff there, as they kept up with demand, and always seemed to be spot-on with refill of drinks or whatever. I ordered the pork, the XXXX bread, and the brownie desert and a drink. I couldn't have been more satisfied, as was my colleague. Whenever I'm in the Seattle for work, this will be my go-to for dinner!
Another incredible meal at Terra Plata. Fantastic flavors and love the rooftop terrace.
Waited 45 minutes before standing up to stop one of the servers to take our order. No one ever asked if we wanted drinks. Someone poured out water and then we were on our own. Too busy? Too little staff? Poor service for sure.
Outdoor seating, beautiful night, great personal service and a full menu to satisfy our group!
Our group arrived over 30 minutes but the staff were very gracious and attentive. It was great that they made us welcome as we waited. The best brunch that I have had in 10 years. Baked oysters and shishito peppers to die for.
As always, we had an amazing experience. This is now our favorite brunch spot.
Good food and nice ambience for our family of 4. The food was simple and really fresh and doesn't feel oily or salty like in many restaurants. We had a great time and will definitely back (price is on the high side so probably can't afford to eat too often :P)
