Spicy Tan Tan and Veg Shoyu is must must try! Their broth were mild spicy but full of flavour!

Really impressed with the food and the service! We were down at Lake Union Park and on our way home we popped in for dinner and were blown away!Reasonably priced, great quality, and generous portions!

I had the lighter broth and it was near perfection. It didn’t leave weight in your mouth but yet was so full of complex flavors. I haven’t had a ramen broth like this, without a doubt unique and in a class of their own. Beautiful yellow color. I paired it with miso which was perfection. The noodles was top notch, had a good texture and tasted fresh. The only disappointing component was the topping, which was bare and minimal. It left me wanting more, as if the bowl was incomplete. It tore at my heart. Would had love it give it a perfect score if it wasn’t for this component. All else was reasonable. Thought the wait staff was caring to their patrons. Venue is roomy.

This place is good! The ambience is casual but cosy. They have dishes on their menu that you don't get at other Japanese restaurants in the vicinity. The flavors are very mild, but worth trying. The vegetarian croquettes we're good, they could have given more ponzu on the side. The kakiage rice bowl was delicious, perfect large onion and veggie tempura with a mild mushroom scallion broth. Extremely mild flavor. Prices can be lower for the ambience and quantity.

Nice place that doesn't close early as the other places in Seattle.I had a Ramen soup and it was good. The service is good. The floor was really sticky, I would expect a restaurant to be more clean.

Good portion with affordable price for the sushi omakase. However, the flavor and freshness level might not fit everyone’s need The salmon is pretty good, but I would say the tuna/roll is a little stale. The rice of the sushi are not soured and warm, and quite easy to fall apart, which is quite unexpected to me.The service is really good though, and the price and portion is still as expected.Might come back for ramen next time!

Love the kind hospitality and delicious Japanese food we discovered at Teinei! Japanese owners make fresh noodles here! We dug into the Shoyu ramen, Mabo Ramen, Tan Tan noodles with flavorful broth and good portions! Definitely recommend those and the appetizers we had — karaage and chicken thigh yakitori were well seasoned! We also sampled the curry as a combo to our ramen and it was perfect — well seasoned, a touch of sweet and savory. They treated my kiddo pretty well by giving him kid utensils so it’s family friendly ? will definitely come back

Wow I am impressed with this spot. Got the ramen set with California rolls and everything was delicious and plentiful. The broth was amazing and they had lots of noodles. I’d come back.

Love everything about this ramen shop.Food:+ soup was flavorful yet was clear. (the taste ? + the look ?)+ ramen noodles were just rightService:+ one of the best customer services I've had in Seattle so far+ Everything was clean, organized, and contactlesswould love to visit again!!

I wasn't previously a ramen fan but this restaurant changed that for me...the broth is the best I've ever tasted (got the chicken/fish) and 10/10 get the black garlic oil as an add on. As someone overwhelmed by too many choices I appreciated the simple menu that still leaves a lot of room for customization. Got two sushi rolls as an appetizer as well which I would recommend.
