Fantastic food truck! The very best in West Seattle / White Center. Authentic flavor and made to order fast.They have a small covered eating area and even a few parking spots in the corner parking lot they are located in.I usually call in my order, and it's ready before I arrive. They've gotten my large order wrong only once in the million times I've been there.The tacos are amazing. I usually get a fish burrito. Camarones tostadas are good. They also have a few small combo specials that are cheap.
Ordered the enchilada special as you can see from the photo I was not impressed my enchilada and rice were floating in a pool of watered down flavorless beans.This is a recurring problem with this place when I (who could pass for full white) go and order they’re short and not very nice.When my mother (who’s Mexican and looks like it with dark skin and dark hair) they’re overly nice.We both speak in English to them.Just an observation.
Consistently serving great Mexican Food. I've been going for about 6 years. I've stopped by almost every time I'm in whitecenter. Seems to attract a lot of people too. Decent prices, but the food is good and leaves you full.
The fam and I been eating here for years. Always delicious food and horchata also never a bad reaction later if you know what I mean?
I dined in at their attached seating area. Never have to wait long for your food. The grilled jalapenos served on the side are delicious!

Best birria tacos I've ever had, hands down. I will say, I haven't had A LOT of birria, but theirs are downright delicious. I've only had one subpar experience where the meat was dry, every other time it's been amazing. Their pricing is very fair but the wait time is sometimes long because its a popular spot so if you're worried about time then call ahead. Great location, never had problem finding parking within a block.

great food! friendly staff. sometimes its a long line especially on cinco de mayo. I drive all the way from issaquah no cap to get some of their tacos.
I'm from Texas and was skeptical about one of the most highly acclimated Seattle taco spots. Taqueria la Fondita delivered! These are solid tacos by any standard. I understand the love they get. Try the asada and pastor tacos. They're both great choices to explore more traditional styles of street tacos.
