While I was visiting town I had dinner at Taqueria Cantina. It was late so I got seated at a table right away. Jorge was my server, he was great, super nice and friendly.Menu was very small with great choices. I had an horchata, it was very authentic! Their cheese and chorizo Stuffed Jalapeños and Chicken Nachos were absolutely delicious!Place was very clean and a great atmosphere, it’s located in a good part of town and it was easy to get there in a scooter from my hotel by space needle. I’ll be coming back again!

Service is the only reason I'm giving this 2 stars, everyone was really nice. We spent $45 on a chicken quesadilla and 1 order of sopitos which is already pretty expensive for what we got, but that was fine. We ordered take out and live two minutes away. We are disappointed in the food, and ended up throwing away more than half which is such a waste of money, not to mention we are still quite hungry.I was astounded at the amount of grease in my quesadilla container (pictured)- now I know putting a quesadilla in a closed container will naturally bring out some grease, but this is an aburd amount. The 2/4 slices I did eat, I let drip for a few minutes before patting it as dry as possible with a paper towel. My husband's sopitos were not good at all and he ate one before deciding they were inedible. We are from Arizona and my husband is hispanic- we have had plenty of Mexican food over time both take out and in the restaurant and this is by far the worst food I have had. I would not recommend this restaurant for take out and hope the dining in experience is much better.

I didn't like the service here, there were two servers and one of them was super busy making drinks and the other just paid attention to her tables. It took me to much time to pay the bill, the server didn't have time to ask if everything was ok. The food wasn't good, I ordered nachos and they were super dry, the meat didn't have flavor and they were very expensive!! The sandwich was ok. I think this is a good place to order drinks because the michelada was great but when I asked the waitress about a drink that I saw on the website he had not idea about the drink that I was asking even when I show him a picture, then I saw that he made the same exact drink for another customer. So in the end I was very dissapointed.

Good food and a lot of amazing tequila and mezcal options.Staff were all super nice, had good recommendations.Prices are high but it is Seattle.Food was good! Presentation was creative. The crispy quesadillas were not all that crispy. Chimichanga was rolled a little off so half was completely rice.Would go again on another Tuesday for the 50% tequilasOh, fire alarm went off for the building so that was a fun tune to listen to for five minutes until the fire department arrived and turned it off.

Great spot with real tacos and solid drinks. I ordered the Paloma along with a taco platter (asada, barbacoa, and lengua)Best lengua and barbacoa I've had in Seattle honestly. Meat was nice and tender and the salsas were so damn good. If I had to complain about anything I'd say their rice isn't a little on the mushy side but other than that great food.I loved the music choice, Julieta venegas, juanes, just real 2000s spanish hits! The servers are delightful and very attentive. Might be my new favorite taco spot.Si eres mexicano buscando tacos en belltown, es un buen lugar para tomar y la comida está bien buena

Food was awesome!! Wonderful food i can't rant more! Service was horrible, the server wanted us to yell at him from across the room what our order was. Then never returned to see if we need anything. One drink one hour, and to get a Togo box was a hassle. It was sad how bad the server was and his service.

Generous serving sizes, several delicious vegetarian options, strong drinks - what more can you ask for?

Pretty good. Good options, all the staples. They make their tortillas fresh, including the chips (I think). The guac wasn't that great but the chicken fajitas were bomb! Loads of flavor. Somebody else had shrimp fajitas and they were good too, albeit very salty. Service was ok. The guy was good but i think they were understaffed so some things took a while to come out. 8/10. I'd go back.

This place is fantastic! I don’t understand how it isn’t more highly reviewed. The perfect happy hour before a Kraken game. Special shout-out to Orlando who made our night memorable!

Great little Mexican place! The quality of the food was amazing, best refried beans and rice I've ever had. Chips are crunchy and thick, and pair well with the salsas and dips! The chicken fajitas were delicious, and are served with tortillas and sides. My fiance's enchiladas were really great as well, everything was so filling!Cocktails were good, stronger than I was expecting but still quite good! The churros were okay, crunchy but kind of dry some how; still good though! All the food came out super fast!Lastly, the atmosphere was awesome and they play some great music. Our server was very kind, helpful, and just chill which was awesome! Thanks for a great experience!
