I'm usually never disappointed with their customer service, but today I asked for a torta and they gave me a nopal asado. Both are good, but it was not what I was in the mood for today (CD location). The cashier acted like she didn't care about the negligence of this matter.
Place is cheap enough to try a bunch of things, which I took advantage of. Delicious! Taco chukis with a pineapple slice is definitely my favorite, but everything else is just as delightful. Try their spicy salsa if you are not afraid of some heat. It well knock your sinuses right out!
This place is so awesome! Their tacos are super delicious I even had to buy more after finishing my meal ?. The house taco is what I got. The soft corn tortilla is filled with adobada pork, melted cheese, onion, and cilantro. And topped with grilled pineapple, salsa and guacamole. Their indoor seating area is beautiful and has a casually nice city view. Their tacos are super affordable but also tiny so if these mouthwatering tacos sound yummy, be sure to order a good amount. This is definitely a good taco place I will be going to a lot and I'd totally recommend it ??.
This place is great! The food is spectacular. You're not going to be able to fit more than a group of 4 here, except at one table, where you can fit 6 or so. What I'm trying to say is it's a tight fit for bigger groups. I love the burritos here. I don't know how to add more to other reviews, just come here and enjoy what you get!
Delicious tacos, mini burritos, and quesadillas. Of course my favorite was their house taco with adobada and grilled pineapple. Don't expect chips and salsa here-- they do not have the typical offerings of a traditional taqueria. The Central District location is very modern, but spacious with plenty of seating.
It was ok, the nice lady at the register was very nice, the food was good. But from someone coming from NC I don’t like that you have to show a Vaccination Card or a Negative Test to dine in.
Food is not kid friendly, most items are spicy. We knew the food came with salsa added but forgot how spicy things were. Had to make another order without the salsa but the guacamole they add is as spicy as the salsa ?. Person taking the order didn't care to mention it or recommend something else knowing that it was for the lil one who loves Mexican. I remember the tacos were more enjoyable at their other locations but we won't be back to Chukis anytime soon - our new favorite is Carmelos in Capital hill
i enjoy my food here always. pictured is the chicken tacos
I usually go to their Capitol Hill location, but I enjoy the walk to this location. I really enjoy their Asada Tacos. The sauce really compliments the meat. The place is always clean and welcoming. Definitely come have some delicious tacos.
My go-to Taco Spot in Seattle. Seattle's Mexican food scene leaves a little to be desired but I can confidently say Tacos Chukis rises above all of the others for their quality food. Their house tacos are superb. Cant go wrong with grilled pineapple. Definitely make sure to get the horchata as well!
