Great PNW local chain! They’re carbon neutral. All their packaging is compostable (except during pandemic/recession shortages). Nothing is too spicy for your scandawegan friends and everyone else can grab a fresh-made hot sauce or two for their white chicken chili or fiesta platter! Maybe top your taco salad (w/ tortilla chips) or tostada salad (in a bowl). Everything can be made with ground beef, shredded chicken, or refried pinto beans! Check for hours. They’ve been wonky. Try the mini soft taco. It’s rather large. But their soft taco is humongous so… crispy chicken taco is great. Get it light with mozzarella instead of cheddar for fewer calories. Sliced tomato on your taco so you won’t drop diced tomato cubes all over the table or floor or your car or wherever. It’s handy. And tasty. And less work for the staff. A win all around.
First time. The food is good. However, the dining room is closed. I had to stand outside, order through the app and wait for my order outside.
Drive through staff is Awesome! They double check your order before handing to you. Great job peeps.
Hot and tasty and the burrito won't rip and leak all over your clothes when you eat it, like that "other" taco place.
I regularly get Taco Time. 70% of the time I'm happy with the service and food. 30% of the time I get home and open up my food to stingy servings that sometimes equal half of the food that I'd get on another day, and a pitiful comparison to the menu photos.. Time to take a break from this Taco Time.
I really like the tacos here and the service has always been quick. They have definitely elevated fast food tacos.
Like Taco Bell that doesn’t make you feel gross. It’s convenient and relatively healthy for a fast food taco place.
I've been to Taco Time NW hundreds of times in multiple locations. I grew up with Taco Time NW and I love that they are local and the food is tasty.Unfortunately, my family had a terrible experience today. We ordered clearly, the employee repeated the order correctly and we made our way to the window. As we sat waiting for our order I noticed an odd individual lingering on the median next to the drive thru window less than a foot from my car. He stared directly at my wife through the passenger window for the several minutes we waited for our order. This was extremely uncomfortable but the employees did not seem concerned even though he was clearly visible to them.Disconcerted, but with our order finally fulfilled, we departed. My wife checked the bag and found we were missing 1 of our 5 items. We returned to the drive thru lane as the lobby was closed. Upon reaching the speaker I informed the employee of the forgotten soft taco only to be met with skepticism even though we had just been there 2 minutes prior. When we reached the window another 10 minutes later, the employee insisted on seeing the receipt before they would give us the food we had already paid for. Again, this was the same person who took our order, repeated it correctly, rang it up, gave us the receipt and the order only a few minutes prior. After checking the receipt, they made a face and handed over the food with a tepid "my bad".I don't mind waiting. I understand if mistakes happen. What I absolutely can't tolerate is terrible attitudes and unwelcome environments at places where I spend money. If you can't even be bothered to pretend you care, maybe customer service is not your career.
Dining room was closed so I couldn't get anything as I don't own an automobile which means they hate people who don't drive automobiles which means they lose business even though they're next to a bus stop.
No indoor dining as of this post, but the awesome taco time food was better than i remember. Took my meal to the Needle.
