One of the best places for lunch in and around the convention center. Food is always fresh, workers are very polite and obviously do their best for customers. Only reason it did not get 5 stars is because overall the food isn't very flavorful, but because this is the only location I've been to, I don't know if this is how others are.
A favorite go to when I'm at the convention center. The tacos, burritos, and quesadillas are classic. They also have smoothies which are delicious. Fast and friendly service every time I go. Can't remember a time I've been disappointed with the food even if I have to wait a while during a large convention. Even if you're just downtown hanging out, it's a great place to grab a quick bite.

I secretly was wishing the young woman behind the counter was an owner of this place. She was working away , alone , in 90+ heat. Line out the door. No break. And each order she customized for what the person wanted. “Extra lettuce”, one person asked for, a bit more if you don’t mind. Next “please more beans , oh I mean the black beans….”. Relentless, the line kept growing. Heat wave and lots of other places just closed. Delivery cancelled. And This hard working woman kept calm as she explained they were out of this or that. Okay too much maybe on this, but she really was amazing and the owners (if it’s not her) should be Shari some of the profit this person brought in, working in their store, without air conditioning, hot grill and soda machines adding a few degrees to the already too hot air. Oh sorry, the food. Wonderful! Fresh, nicely prepared, reasonable! It saved us that night when everything was closed. Thank you!
Just went there a moment ago and when I walked in she (larger Hispanic woman) ignored me for about five minutes. Didn't even acknowledge my presence by saying "Hi, I'll be with you in just a minute". Then when she finally acknowledged me, she asked what tortilla I wanted, I said flour. Then she asked if I wanted sour cream or guacamole, I said both. After that, she immediately went and scooped rice on my burrito before I could tell her I wanted it on the side along with the beans. So when I corrected her mistake she got an attitude with me (I could see it in her facial expression and tone of voice). Near the end when I was about to pay, I gave her my debit card but then immediately after I said "Oh wait I have cash" (cause I was thinking businesses get charged per swipe so I was trying to save them money) and she completely ignored me and swiped it anyway, even though I knew she heard me. Then I had ask for a receipt and she set on the counter instead of handing it to me, despite having my hand out. She was rude and unprofessional.
Got there about three, it wasn't crowded. The service here is friendly. The bill was good for how much you get.
The staff was very sociable and kind. The bill was reasonable I would say.
Service really bad the server was sarcastic and when I asked about an item he said it’s right up there on the menu. No time for attitude with my food. Enchiladas were a mess, no sauce inside. Won’t be going back.
Great food, the staff is always fun and friendly. It's our go to lunch when we're doing the Northwest Flower & Garden Festival!
