My sister and I got 3 rolls (Seattle, Nori Nori, and Godzilla) and miso soup for about 50 bucks. Was about a 20 min wait from when we ordered at the counter. All the rolls were great! The Godzilla rolls were huge, took 4-5 bites to finish one roll (see photo for reference). Owners are also very nice!
My fiancée and I love this place! Cute little hole in the wall (literally) sushi spot. The fish is super fresh, the portions are generous, and the wait time for pickup is about 15 mins on average. Super nice owners too! I eat here about once a week.
Did dinner for 3 a few nights ago and got myself the caterpillar roll while strolling by today. They are just as good as five years ago.Fast, friendly and always tasty as hell. Get thee some Maki!
We love this place! This place is run by 2 people and they are so lovely and kind! You can really tell they love what they do!The sushi is amazing, fresh and delicious! When you hear someone say shop local this is definitely a place that should be on your list.
Discovering this little spot near my apartment has changed my LIFE. I know that's dramatic, but this is genuinely my favorite place to get food in all of Seattle. It's my weekly treat!! It's ready quickly, large portions considering the quality and the price. If you live in the neighborhood, this should be a regular spot.
Fantastic sushi, reasonably priced, really nice employees!
Great local place with fresh sushi. I have stopped here many times for a quick lunch when in the area. Inexpensive and high quality.
My new favorite hole in the wall takeout sushi spot!! The portions are pretty big and the prices are reasonable. Really love the salmon lover+roll combo!! The workers are also super nice and friendly. ~15 min wait to complete your order. It's so good that I went back twice in three days.
The best sushi on the hill is made by a 2 person, takeout only restaurant, who's philosophy is that only the best quality fish is worth using for the best sushi experience.Because of the small operation you're not paying for a large restaurant lease, big staff, alcohol license, etc . . . your money is going to the food quality and 15+ year experience of the lovely duo. This was the first sushi I had when I moved back to Seattle and after 2 years, I've yet to find a better spot.
This place is so delightful! The two that own it are the sweetest & the sushi is ?? awesome. It’s a regular for me & out of town folx too. Highly recommend! Especially during the lunch special! I love all their scallop rolls.
