Perfect cold noodle 칡냉면 on a hot summer day ?The banchan was a nice diverse collection of potatoes, kimchi, salad, and broccoli. The noodle soup was cold & icy and came with essential condiments like vinegar and chili sauce, just like how it would be served in dine-in. Great take out experience!
Great Korean food, but a bit pricy given the portion. With lunch special, the Kalbi set is 19 usd before tax.It is a bit pricy given the store is located in the residential area. However, the overall food is still tasty and good.Would recommend if you want to have a Korean set, but might be a bit expensive.
Our waiter helped us order Korean drinks to try. I was deceived by the Japanese name on a dish I ordered (a donburi type bowl) but the noodles and seafood were good, but the broth was Korean style spicy! My husband's meat based dish and rice were great. Over all, a nice meal and consult with the waiter about how spicy the dishes are! The varied group of diners show this a neighborhood favorite which also does a good take out business (hint-Korean fried chicken!)
The food itself could be worse, but it doesn't really stand out, and the prices are very steep. This place is always fairly crowded, but nothing I've had here while either dining in or getting takeout comes anywhere close to the food you can find in Federal Way and Tacoma. They've also made really major mistakes on my takeout orders here in the past (including giving me an entirely different type of bulgogi meat from what was listed on my receipt on one occasion). I also really don't care for the copious amounts of black pepper they add to some of their sides, especially in the bean sprouts. The meat portions that come with the combos are also fairly small, especially considering the price.
Food was okay but not for the price. Staff was inattentive but polite. Wait staff would disappear and each table would walk to the back pickup order desk to ask for additional item. Food and feel was more like a Korean version of Panda Express but three times the cost. First Korean restaurant I've ever been that had not used metal chopsticks. Very odd.
Had lunch here with husband. It looks good when we were served dishes but after having them we both had a pain in stomach and had to rush back home. Guess the fried chicken was not fresh as had some bad smell when we had them.
Great food, though I wish they had the thin slices of fried tofu I've had at other places. The chick bulgogi is really good
Love this place! Get the fried chicken
Amazing flavor, sizzling kalbi and bi-bim-bap dishes. The kimchi (and sides) were crisp, savory, with a pleasant bite. Staff were very pleasant and courteous.
I like having their kimchi Jiggae (Kimchi Tofu Soup) on cold, rainy days. The service was prompt and food was worth the money. Bonus: K-pop music and Korean TV shows
