I don't know what it is about this particular location, it might just be the type of people that live in the area, but they have the rudest employees. They are slow, and mean and I rarely go there because it's rarely a good experience, and when I do out of convenience, I always regret it. No one should have to wait an hour for a $10 cup of coffee and then get a nasty attitude when you ask about it. They don't even acknowledge people that have been standing there all day waiting patiently, they just ignore you and then get a nasty attitude when you address them. It's weird how Starbucks service has taken a nosedive while their prices skyrocket, it's disappointing.
The man who was at the window was so sweet and genuine had a nice conversation with me. My drink on the other hand (iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with no cinnamon topping) was just burnt shots of coffee on ice. No oat milk or syrup. And since it was shaken it had 4 inches of foam at the top. Which lead it to be only be half of a drink. Normally not an issue on a shaken drink but combined with all the other issues I’m a little mad paying almost 7$ for a drink that was nasty.
Nice comfortable seating area. The drive thru line can get backed up, making it difficult to enter or leave the small parking area.
Had a good experience here. The drive thru is usually a pretty long line, but surprisingly the starbucks team is pretty great about getting everyone through quickly.Only negative is that most of the parking spaces are meant for compact vehicles and there are only a couple of spots for full size cars.
Do not ask for whip cream on your beverage. They will serve you half a coffee and fill the rest of your cup with whip cream. Extremely light on the coffee.
Always friendly service and my drinks get made just the way I requested. Love this location not far from where I live.
Amazing morning Baristas but the drive-thru Is a road-rage Extravaganza in the mornings with people honking, driving cars too close to you to intimidate you into letting them in, blocking traffic in the street, blocking parking, etc.
This is my favorite Starbucks..always friendly and get the drinks made correctly.Especially love Divine he is the friendliest barista by far….even sang entire Happy Birthday over the microphone and he has a beautiful voice. Other times when I have gone for coffee he is very conversational asking about what am I doing this afternoon that is fun etc.the entire crew her is top notch!
This is one of the larger, more comfortable seating areas I've seen at Starbucks. I had very friendly service, too. Dog, work friendly location.
Company charged me incorrectly at least once, when trying to have Starbucks correct it the refused. Won’t be returning here again.
