Although I come here for convenience in the drive through I never get a full cup it's always about 2 inches from the top. It's not always so it must be a one or two workers. This worker also doesn't like to add whip on top when asked for . Window customer service is always the best that probably why I come back but fix the simple issues please then I can give my 5 star!!

Good option whether in-store or drive thru. They are pretty fast at this location. Big interior space to hang out.

I just moved to Seattle from Atlanta. The team at the 1st Ave. Starbucks has helped make my transition even better. They treat me like a friend, like a part of the family. I appreciate them greatly. They’re really great at what they do. Stop in and visit them. Tell them, Ashley says hello.
Lines were minimal. When the drive-thru is completely full it takes about 10 minutes to get through. The baristas are very friendly and professional

Paid for Two drinks both Venti, The latte had no flavor at all and alot of ice requested light ice, and at the end cashier kept my change.
Excellent and friendly staff. Very clean restroom (that you need a code for).
