Eve was very rude. They had a sticky note that said "be patient with me please I'm slow today" on their chest and on the register. I asked for a blended oatmilk latte and they said iced or hot? I said if you could blend it please and they said "so hot? Or iced" I said could be blend it? And they said "uhm I'm aware of so that did you want it hot or iced?" I gave up and said iced. I didn't think there was a wrong way to order a blended coffee :/ I wanted it like a granita I was trying to be confusing or rude. They looked my friend (male) up and down who was wearing a crop top and cardigan, and rolled their eyes. I don't appreciate being judged and talked down to like I'm a child. I love this location but I'm hesitant to come back after this morning. The rest of the staff was super sweet and friendly. The coffee was delicious! Really unsatisfied with Eve and their customer service.

I’ve been to this location on many occasions and it’s always such a disappointment. I work construction so I’m always at different Starbucks to get caffeinated for my busy day. I definitely don’t write a review for every Starbucks cause for the most part they are all the same and rightfully so. However, this Starbucks is so horrible! The employees there are always caught up in their own drama that while you’re ordering and while waiting for your order the employees will wait to finish whatever story they are telling their co-workers to even start your order. One time I was waiting for 10 minutes while one of the employee had my breakfast sandwich in the tongs and hadn’t even put it in the warmer until I said I was in a hurry which then got me a dirty look for interrupting the story. The coffee is always bad as well. I always get a cold brew which is never cold, it’s always lukewarm ?‍♂️. And sometimes I get a lukewarm cold brew that tastes like cleaning chemicals. I returned my drink once because it tasted so bad of chemicals and the lady had such an attitude and another employee said he forgot to rinse all the cleaner out of the container the cold brew goes in. There’s just zero standards at this location and the employees are about as bad as the coffee

Hardly leave reviews for anywhere I visit but cannot resist with this location. Kevin and the rest of his staff are beyond courteous, kind and professional and only bring absolute quality to the table every. single. visit. Kevin really pulled me in as a regular and I hope he’s valued as an immense asset to this store and company. He sets the standards and his staff follows without hesitation.

This is the quintessential Starbucks store in Seattle. It's got a very homie comfortable lounging area where you can stop and enjoy your beverage. In this day of covid-19 they are allowing inside seating with proper distancing of course. The staff is very friendly and of course the products being served are typical of Starbucks high standards.

This location is lovely! There's lots of space for sitting with a coffee and reading a book, studying, or chatting with friends. I enjoyed my drink by the fireplace in some comfortable chairs. The employees were all friendly, and I was even offered a free sample of a coffee.

I don't buy coffee very often but when I run out or my grinder breaks and I have a long day ahead, it's nice to know this Starbucks is here. The drink selection, as far as I can tell, is a decision made by corporate so I'm not sure how much there is to say about those. The selection is impressive and this location offers hot & cold drinks, or even bags of whole beans if that's your thing. The location itself is really very nice in terms of decor and decoration. There's a lot of very tasteful dark wood grain and metal struts to reinforce the beams. It gives off a very quasi-industrial feel that I really enjoy. The space is very spaced out since so many people get their drinks to-go. The bar itself is kind of tucked away (insofar as such a thing is possible with such a large bar) a bit into the shop which is laid out in a kind of T-shape. There's a patio area out back and a few tables out in front as well for the warmer days (or for the adventurous during the winter). The staff is really nice and super helpful. I've been scoffed at before at smaller coffee shops for asking for a drink recommendation that didn't taste like coffee but I was taken seriously here which was really nice.

Great store. Would visit this one again. Very friendly cashier who was so very patient with me while I dug up my vaccine card. Nice open dining area with well spaced out tables. Has parking!

Cozy space with a lovely fireplace, and the baristas are warm and friendly and always remember me and what I order — which is impressive given how many names and orders they must have to memorize! My only complaint is that you have to be escorted to the bathroom like a wayward child rather than just given the code like at normal Starbuckses even though the lavatory doors are in direct view of the staff; if it wasn't for that this location would be perfect.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly! I was impressed with how attentive, alert, energized, and joyful they were at 8am. Beautiful work space as well that is kept sparkling clean. The drinks were delicious! Definitely coming back

The staff is friendly, fast, and fun. The coffee made here is honestly the best Starbucks coffee I've ever had. It's clear they take a lot of pride in what they do.
