I don’t want to sound picky, but we were in Seattle for 2 days and we visited at least 5 Starbucks in the downtown Seattle area, and each one had no Earl Grey Tea! We gave up after the 5th different Starbucks! We finally found a small wee cofffee place called The Monorail Coffee and they had Earl Grey Tea!!! Hooray as we liked to drink a London Fog Starbucks has it on their Menu but not one Starbucks had the main ingredient to make one! Isn’t Seattle the birthplace of Starbucks? What happened? The service was good, the problem with this location was that they were giving all the drinks without a lid, even the Frappuccinos! In my opinion this is bad because the place where they leave the drinks is in front of all the people that is wating for their orders to be ready. And the drinks where exposed to the environment. After the pandemic I don't think this is a good idea, many people looked very dissapointed after receiving their drinks. I ordered a trenta Vanella sweet cream cold brew but it's the second time I order this drink here, the first time they didn't have the ingredients for this drink and gave me another one instead and I accepted it but this time the drink wasn't tasty.
Loved my visit here! The staff was awesome! I’m sure serving tourists can be a bit mundane but everyone there truly seamed happy to help with any questions or just getting you your cup of coffee! This was my first time to Seattle so I had to give it a go. I also love the items that can be purchased only there!
It's a great place, but being in the mid of the tourist trap, it's a bit dirty and noisy. The staff is as usual super nice and despite the crazy crowd, they are courteous and don't make mistakes with orders.
The price was higher... so I questioned it and was told that prices could vary in the same block ... so customer satisfaction dropped a bit
The line was pretty long.Waited for about 30mins or so.Well considering that this is the 1st Starbucks store.Got to come here as they had the original logo.They alsp have their store only special drinks.So much merch here which was only available right here at this very store.Got to grab the been there series.
Cashier had a BAD attitude. Worst customer service I have experienced at a Starbucks.
