This is a 24 hour drive-through Starbucks near my house that my family and I frequent quite often. We mostly use the drive-through and enjoy talking with the kind friendly people when ordering and at the window. Everyone is nice to us and we know one employe by name. Eric who works the window quite often will talk with us in a friendly way as if we have known him forever.
The employees are always friendly and give a good experience at the coffee shop. I love the lemon loaf and sometimes just stop in for it without coffee.
Very nice efficient staff, they have the A team working at this location for sure!
It's one of the two 24 hour Starbucks in the area, the other being in Kirkland so I tend to go here a lot being on nightshift. The regular staff is super nice and friendly all but one employee who from what I gather is the manager. I'd rather have no interaction beyond handing me my order rather than the really forced and uncomfortably over the top fake service voice and routine.
If only I could get a hot cup of coffee that would be great not lukewarm that’s been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. Like I want my coffee to burn the living top of my mouth skin off when I drink it but there are other things that need to be done like hitting the reset button on the timer. Ding
Reduced hours and have not updated it online. Very frustrating.
It would be great to get something here everyday. But the amount of Dangerous Homeless people in and around the store is not safe. I've even seen Homeless people stealing from this store, right in front of the employees. Get better Security and deal with this problem.

It's the McDonald's of coffee; if you've been to one you've been to all of 'em. So... you can write this review with your own past experience at any Starbucks. (One key difference, all Starbucks locations are corporate owned and operated, whereas many McDonald's are franchisee run)
